Not enough parking was suppose to have a queen size bed but got full size TV old and didn't work have the time Carpet filithy,No closet space. The key to the room never worked pillows old and flat. Smoke Alarm, not connected
Bathroom shower did not work.
Very close to most of needs.
Poor service at the front D.
The best part was leaving!
Got charged twice!!! When I called to complain, no one was available to help with the situation. Place smelled horrible, the sheets smelled like they were never changed, graffiti all over the walls in our room, toilet kept moving like it wasn't attached to the floor, shower didn't work (no water) , fire alarm was ripped off from the ceiling, the lock was ripped from the door! Basically looked like a crime scene! Worst place ever!!!
The staff were friendly. Very close to subway. If driving they have parking.
The location is excellent; right at a subway station. 20-30 min from Manhattan. Appreciated the staff trying hard to provide us what we needed. Although, they were quite limited with the status of the facilities. Once you manage to sleep, the beds are comfortable. Plane breakfast which is free, good for not picky people. Saves time to get started. Free Wi-Fi.
Rooms smell due to carpets in need of replacement. Furthermore, since there are only 2 non-smoking floors, cigaret smells seems to be everywhere. We could not print our Statue of Liberty tickets. The front desk employee said the printer broken, otherwise he would have done it. Not all rooms had microwaves and fridges.
Really easy access to the subway to get into Manhattan, at a much better price.
Well, you kinda get what you pay for. If you're only looking for a place to crash between day trips, it will do.
Cheaper than Manhattan, enough space for 3 people into the room
The district, the breakfast
I didn't like the front desk, there's a man who doesn't like to help the guest.
-quite close to JFK, but never again !
-dirt everywhere !!! in room (cannot identified the color of carpet, dust and hairs everywhere ) , in hotel, around hotel, at the street - dirty room, broken fridge, broken bed headboard, fan at the corridor, scary and dirty elevator, breakfast with no place to sit, very small room, missing smoke detector - only wires from ceiling, like apocalypse - reception behind bulletproof glass - this hotel should be suspended from bussiness !!!! People from BOOKING.COM please visit this hotel and withdraw it from your list !
Subway was outside the building and the moment we checked out
Everything first the neighborhood is unspeakable their is a bar right across the street that is a prostitute joint. The bathroom had no water pressure the smoke alarm was missing in our room I asked the front desk and had them come in my room and they said oh its ok just don't smoke in this room as the wires were hanging from the ceiling the roll up blinds where thrown behind the fridge I could go on and on
Did not change bed sheets when we checked in .
parking right next to the motel, subway directly accessible, line takes you to Manhattan in 25 min. breakfast is served- doughnuts and buttered bagels + coffee / milk.I guess for that price was ok. bathroom was newly renovated and it felt completely separated from the weirdly smelling carpeted room.
room had very unpleasant smell, ceiling and bathroom doors had writings on them, neighbourhood is not very pleasant at night. 2 big old TVs in the room made it seem like it was a room used for storage rather than for guests
Easy to get into city.
Room was never really cleaned. Staff unfriendly, wouldn't supply extra towels or pillows. Two television sets in the room and only one worked, without a remote though. My biggest complaint was the front desk and people that sat on the stairs next to front desk. Do not stay at this motel!!!!!
Location, price, best bargain in NYC.
It is a bare-bones establishment, but you know this going in.
Despite being a Motel, it had free WiFi, free parking, very close to subway, good enough breakfast and nice rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Fantastic stuff for this price range.
The staff were not welcoming enough.
Not much, in front of the train station. I had my car.
The black spots above the shower, the smoke detector was missing, the phone wire connecting the base of the phone with the receiver kept coming loose while you were talking. I report these issue to no avail. The visual depiction of the hotel was not accurate to say the least. I would not go back.
Location was good for the sub way and in relation to my stay

Jacuzzi Bed Breakfast Clean Bathroom
Parking, subway, bagel breakfast
Staff was nice, clean rooms.
The region is not the best...
Location, location, locaton.
The place was flithy. Not enough towels/wash clothes were provided. Staff members were very impersonal. Dirty garbage bin in the elevator. Dirty towels and trash in the stairways. Despised the interior designs of the room.
