No fridge in room like it shows on pics
The choice to sleep in separated bed
Lamps didn't work, window shades not working, shower pole fell down, tub too small, no microwave
I didn't like anything about it and will never stay there again it's not worth my money..
I hated it..
This is by far one of the worst places to ever stay in. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional, there is a bullet proof window at the reception, they whisper to you when speaking and when I complained that I cannot hear him he said " it's your problem"! They charge $20 per hour if you checked out one minute late. They are disrespectful, rude and abnoxious. The rate they charge for the service they provide is absolutely ridiculous and fraudulent, the breakfast they serve is donuts and cold coffee, the attitude of the staff is disgusting and they dont clean, don't change sheets and dont obey the request of "no room service". I was completely disappointed and disgusted by the service and the money that went to waste. I dont recommend this place at all, not even to my worst enemy!!
Everything! The service, the hygiene, the attitude, it was all terrible.
This hotel has an excellent location - just literally next to subway station, 20 min from Manhattan. Free wi-fi is a plus.
This place used to be better. Recently price went up and quality went down. This hotel is not clean any more; carpet was terribly dirty, towels were dirty, bed lines stink.
Location to stores are very near hotel
The refrigerator was broken the door lock was broken not enough towels in the room the dresser drawers were all broken up no closet to hang up clothing
Breakfast (donuts and bagels) was delicious
Dirty carpet Bed sunken in middle Noisy people Staff opened my room door without consent Few channels Toilet flushed weak Dried up blood on sheets
The man at the front desk was rude. When we entered our room we saw a broken Jacuzzi with dust and dirt all over it. The light in the bathroom flickered and all i smelled in the hallway was Marijuana. I will never go back
The room they gave me was very small and didn't have a mini refrigerator or ice when I asked to change my room I was told that's the only room they have
Nothing at all
rough edges. smelled smoky, noisy, not much of a "breakfast" no fridge in the first room, a broken one in second. We LOVE the location and parking and price. We will keep using this red carpet! We visit monthly.
Subway in front of Motel Good Price
Dirty Staff very rude just one donut for breakfast
the subway is across the street - everything else is terrible.
I've stayed in many, many hotels in NYC all around the same price - this was by far the filthiest place I've ever seen. There was graffiti all over the walls in the room. The television's off/on button was broken so the tv needed to remain on during our entire stay. We stayed on the CELAR level - literally in the basement. There was no iron. No microwave or fridge. The walls are paper thin and the people staying in the next room were screaming at each other about drugs very early in the morning. The pillows provided were paper thin. There was no mattress pad.
Not much, just the location
There was no remote for the t.v., one lamp was burnt out, wire hangin, smoke detector pull out of ceiling, I was actually thinking about getting some of my money back!! Terrible
Not enough parking was suppose to have a queen size bed but got full size TV old and didn't work have the time Carpet filithy,No closet space. The key to the room never worked pillows old and flat. Smoke Alarm, not connected
Bathroom shower did not work.
Very close to most of needs.
Poor service at the front D.
The best part was leaving!
Got charged twice!!! When I called to complain, no one was available to help with the situation. Place smelled horrible, the sheets smelled like they were never changed, graffiti all over the walls in our room, toilet kept moving like it wasn't attached to the floor, shower didn't work (no water) , fire alarm was ripped off from the ceiling, the lock was ripped from the door! Basically looked like a crime scene! Worst place ever!!!
The staff were friendly. Very close to subway. If driving they have parking.
The location is excellent; right at a subway station. 20-30 min from Manhattan. Appreciated the staff trying hard to provide us what we needed. Although, they were quite limited with the status of the facilities. Once you manage to sleep, the beds are comfortable. Plane breakfast which is free, good for not picky people. Saves time to get started. Free Wi-Fi.
Rooms smell due to carpets in need of replacement. Furthermore, since there are only 2 non-smoking floors, cigaret smells seems to be everywhere. We could not print our Statue of Liberty tickets. The front desk employee said the printer broken, otherwise he would have done it. Not all rooms had microwaves and fridges.
Really easy access to the subway to get into Manhattan, at a much better price.
Well, you kinda get what you pay for. If you're only looking for a place to crash between day trips, it will do.
Cheaper than Manhattan, enough space for 3 people into the room
The district, the breakfast
I didn't like the front desk, there's a man who doesn't like to help the guest.
-quite close to JFK, but never again !
-dirt everywhere !!! in room (cannot identified the color of carpet, dust and hairs everywhere ) , in hotel, around hotel, at the street - dirty room, broken fridge, broken bed headboard, fan at the corridor, scary and dirty elevator, breakfast with no place to sit, very small room, missing smoke detector - only wires from ceiling, like apocalypse - reception behind bulletproof glass - this hotel should be suspended from bussiness !!!! People from BOOKING.COM please visit this hotel and withdraw it from your list !
Subway was outside the building and the moment we checked out
Everything first the neighborhood is unspeakable their is a bar right across the street that is a prostitute joint. The bathroom had no water pressure the smoke alarm was missing in our room I asked the front desk and had them come in my room and they said oh its ok just don't smoke in this room as the wires were hanging from the ceiling the roll up blinds where thrown behind the fridge I could go on and on
