The location to the Grand Canyon.

Kind of noisy in the evening and low water pressure.

The hotel is very well situatated and the facility is nice end clean.

Value for money. The room was big and very comfortable. Very good location! We recommend it for those who want to enjoy the Grand Canyon!

No refrigerator in the room. For us this was not a big deal as the temperatures were low enough at night to conserve our food in the car...

Pleasant hotel. Good location to get to Grand Canyon

The location was really great and close to the canyon!

The toilet didn't work in our room, when we checked out I told the front desk and she was just like, "ok, there is a balance of 1 penny how do you want to pay?"

beds were comfy lots of pillows you had a room available when we wanted one

looking directly into the disgusting maintenance area as climbed stairs to second floor did not like wimpy hand held shower, pressure too low, put in a real shower - we are hot and tired after hiking grand canyon - we want a real shower carpet is dirty/stained got charged for first night before I even checked in

Bed was uncomfortable Room outdated so it didn't look clean.

Convenient to park. Good rate.

Room had unfortunate smell. Like urine on the carpet. Not overpowering but there.

We had one of the old rooms but it was cleaner and in better shape than I would have thought.

Desk staff was in such a rush they were too busy to talk to us at the desk. Don't expect any service.

The closeness to the Grand Canyon Nat'l Park

The shower in our room was absolutely terrible! The shower head provided no "shower" so we had to bathe under the faucet in the tub. Worst ever!!! Also there were not enough places to eat!

Its a good hotel, not too far away from Grand Canyon Village and within walking distance to several small restaurants.

Hot water in the shower did not work one morning, and a repairman had to come to the room to solve the problem. The hotel does not offer breakfast, which would be a nice addition to its facilities.

Location is near to Grand Canyon National park, you just need to drive 3 mintues and you can reach the entrance. Drive to HOPI point to see the sunraise only 15~20 mintues. Meanwhile, it's very convenient to find the store to eat near you stay. If you plan to visit the Grand Canyou(South Rim), the Red Feather Lodge can be considered.

Upon checking in, we were informed that we had been upgraded from the motel to the hotel, which was perfect for us. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is very near the Grand Canyon. It does appear a bit dated on the outside but is nice on the inside.

Convenience to the Grand Canyon, big/clean rooms.

Somewhat pricey compared to similar accommodation elsewhere but do realise this is probably due to its location next to the Grand Canyon.
