Very clean and friendly. Loved the location.
The bed & pillows were too firm for my comfort.
Location to grand canyon
limited laundry facilities for the size.
There was nothing we liked at this facility.
There was no where to park at the hotel if you returned to the facility past 7:00 O'clock. No micro wave, no small refridgerator, the rest room was old and worn, the shower was broke. These are things that should be taken care of if you are charging $138.00 a night.
We liked the proximity to entrance of Park and also the restaurants were closeby. The staff were very helpfull and friendly.
Close to the entrance of Grand Canyon.
Just about less than 2 miles from the GC entrance, staff very accommodating, for a motel (as the staff referred) it has everything a hotel provides.
The price might be a bit high but its got the location. And no breakfast provided, we had to go to a different hotel for breakfast.
Room was clean and staff very nice and helpful.
A little loud where are room was located, however it did quiet down after 10 pm.
The facility was in the small town that feeds tourists to the Grand Canyon - so the location is great.
The room is small, with no fridge and needs updating / more power-points for recharging. The 'laundry' isn't - its ONE washing machine and ONE dryer, for a very large hotel, that clearly is booked by bus tour groups and gets busy. They also don't provide a breakfast. I actually wish I had stayed at the surrounding hotels that ask for the same price but are a known brand name.
Location for the Grand Canyon was excellent. Staff was friendly and laid back.
No breakfast option except fast food which although closeby is not everyone's cup of tea.
Bath and body products in bathroom
Draft from under room doors, updated rooms but dusty wall sides from wall to wall...need to sweep edges for a cleaner look
The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, spacious and very comfortable beds. Great to have a laundry. Good location for dining and stores. Good location for the Canyon.
Limited parking .mattress not so comfy- needs replacement on one of two queens.
Actually i was surprise that it was Way better than i thought! The stuff work there are Nice and the Location is just Perfect for me !Just about 10-15minutes to the antelope canyon and the horseshoe bend ,very convenient !
the Lodge is close to the Grand Canyon , so it is easy to stay at the Canyon to sunrise or sunset. Nice to use the pool after many hours walking .
Location Friendly staff Proximity to Grand Canyon Proximity to restaurants
Aged facility Motel style landings outside rooms lead to noisey neighbors
It's an average place in terms of hotel. But it's great because it's one of the less expensive options that allows entry to the park within minutes.
Expensive for what it is Noise in the room Staff
Easy access nice staff free coffee rooms ok xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Like a mug I did not check my receipt, we were charged for a movie we didn't even watch, toilet shower could be betterxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx- xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
very close to the park, convenient
Rate went up the second night we were there despite available space
near the grand canyon entrance which was really great. there were shuttles to pick you up from the hotel to bring you to the park.
The rooms were a little small. it rained when we were there. Restaurants were walking distance but you still get wet because there wasn't one that the hotel had.
Close to the Southern rim of the Grand Canyon. Discount at the attached Mexican restaurant
Too expensive for what it was. Expensive because of it's location Wi-fi variable No fridge or microwave in room. No breakfast cf other places we stayed which were also cheaper. All eateries were expensive We were in a separate building to where the main reception was. The building we were in looked older but don't know if it was any better?
Everything about it Incredible guest services
only that we didnt stay longer
Stinky room, poor cleaning, no security and i was waken up by the room service although check out time was at 11am.
