IT WAS COLD AT NIGHT, VERY OLD HEATER, NO AUTO CONTROL. COLD AT NIGHT. NO MICROWAVE, NO FRIDGE. NOT WORTH FOR THE MONEY.
Vicinity to the Grand Canyon National Park, very clean rooms, excellent housekeeping staff
Wi-Fi was so slow it was unusable
Great budget value, close to the canyon
A bit dated but still good value
Helpful staff, good tips on places to go
It was the most expensive hotel in my 1 week canyon tripand the amenities does not worth it.
Location to the Grand Canyon as we spent all day every day in the Park.
Our room was across from an ice machine; not great. And you can hear neighboring rooms toilets flushing in the night. But, I am a light sleeper!
The hotel is just a few miles from the Grand Canyon's south rim visitor center.
If there was an onsite breakfast option that would have been great.
I was traveling with my adult son for my first time visit to the Grand Canyon. Check in was a breeze. Foyer and grounds were well decorated. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Grand Canyon entrance was about a mile or so away. Town was small but had restaurants, gas, and a few stores. I would stay here again for sure!!!
Can't think of anything :-)
location - fairly close to the entrance to Grand Canyon
The building was old. We stayed on the first floor and the ceiling made squeaky noises and it was pretty loud at night.
Good size room, parking, clean. Good spot to access Grand Canyon. We stayed for 2 nights.
No breakfast included. The AC/heating device was a bit noisy.
Good location close to the Canyon
Old furniture in the room Musty smell in the room Not so clean and maintained hotel
Staff, comfort, cleanliness, convenience, situation. I enjoyed my stay.
Can't think of anything to moan about!
Convenient location near the entrance gate of the Grand Canyon South Rim. Rooms are clean and sufficiently heated in winter.
Staff was not very helpful and unfriendly when assistance to make a local phone call was requested. The phone turned out to be broken but the receptionist did not bother to send someone to fix it or offer any help at all.
We liked the closeness to the Grand Canyon, easy to find and parking adequate. Room was clean but in a separate building from the main building.
No Refrigerator or Microwave......Outlets sparse.
Staff are friendly and helpful
Towels were not clean enough
Convenient to South Rim Affordable; so not luxurious
Room was clean. Good location and inexpensive. Pleasant staff personnel.
The pillows were numerous on the bed but made of foam which made your head feel like it was on a trampoline. It was very uncomfortable. I had to remove them and use a towel as a pillow. Heater was noisy so I could only sleep by turning it off and getting cold. Although not a big deal TV was very small and was ancient.
This hotel has a great location! You can walk to the IMAX. It is clean and has nice rooms. I'd definitely stay here again!
There was only one washer and one dryer.
The room had a funny smell like insect repellent.
Easy check out
heater and how much it dried the air
Close to Grand Canyon, clean room, always free coffee at the lobby
Staff sould be allowed to smile! :-)
Location was perfect near the south entrance of Grand Canyon
No breakfast supplied
Good, spacious rooms A bit far from the actual Grand Canyon where you can find lodges IN the Grand Canyon next to deers running around and good restaurants.cleen room.
At the reception felt like they didn't want to have to do anything with you other than get paid.
Convenient location next to entrance to Grand Canyon National Park. Clean, recently updated. Free wi-fi.
It would have been nice if the staff had told us to look at our key cards where there's an ad for 10% off at the Mexican restaurant next door. The food there is pretty good though!
