Very clean. Staff was friendly & helpful
Busy time of year (spring break) so the hot tub and pool were full of children from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Would be nice to have an adult only time later in the evening. One of the beds was really squeaky.
We ate breakfast at cafe and buffet food was cold.
Close to restaurants, stores, Grand Canyon, clean.
No continental breakfast
hotel staff were friendly, beds and rooms comfortable. Close to grand canyon
not many places for breakfast in the area
The staff tried to correct the hot water problem.
Could not get hot water in the shower even after mechanic tried. Water was hot in the sink but luke warm in the shower??? Strange
A bit worn but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Fun Mexican restaurant in the facility.
Nice referral to nearby Mexican restaurant.
No free breakfast. A bit pricey for the age of the facilities. Parking was scarce and confusing.
I liked that this hotel was close to the Grand Canyon and the price was pretty good.
We were very disappointed that the wifi was not that good, really hard to connect especially if you had an ipad or iphone. Would not be good if you had to do any business.
Would have liked a continental breakfast.
Clean property. Good value.
WIFI was provided, but couldn't connect. No frills, but no complaints.
Staff were very helpful and had great customer service skills, always smiling. Comfortable stay and so close to Grand Canyon national park entrance. Please note-This review is for the hotel not the Lodge section.
good hotel, even some public spaces, hot tub
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nothing was broken. The bed was comfortable it wasn't like some of the reviews said that they weren't. I would recommend it and stay here again!
My next door neighbors were LOUD! I called the front desk and they promptly asked them to keep it down.
Location to Grand Canyon Park
Horrible Wifi service. The facility does not match the nightly rates.

Shabby looking room, no breakfast, broken movie Chanel and no compensation except - sorry about that. Noisy and bathtub that looked U inviting. Never again.
Great location right at the entrance to the Canyon. Staff was nice. 10% off at a two local eateries which we used for breakfast. Room was clean and nice.
The Jacuzzi felt amazing after a long day hike. We also really enjoyed the free hot drinks in the lobby and the fridge & microwave were very handy. I can tell that they have made the most of an older facility and put thought and considered the comfort of their guests. I love that it's family owned and well run.
The hotel info sheet told us to ask reception for towels. When we asked for towels, they called housekeeping to bring towels to our room(we were already dressed and ready to jump into the pool) so it sucked to run back and wait...when we got to the pool, we found out there was a huge stash of clean towels ready for guests. I wish they'd told us that at reception..
Reasonably sized room Close to Grand Canyon while not get gouged on rates
Parking can be a challenge Stairs are inconveniently located
The water pressure, their wasn't any.
Great location and very nice staff
The experience was no better or worse than a typical motel but you pay more mostly due to the location. Wireless was slow.
Staff was friendly and check in efficient
Hotel was booked primarily because of the hot tub listed as an amenity, which was much awaited after a day hiking the Grand Canyon. Was disappointed to realize after checking in that it was closed for the season, which we were not made aware of at booking. There was no option to open it for the evening, however as we walked by the next morning we saw both the pool and hot tub were filled. Overall, this was a huge disappointment.
Location, moderately priced. Would stay there again
Beds too hard (personal pref) and the WIFI gets very slow when many people are using it.
Very convenient location. Would have been upset to pay the rate I paid for the "old" rooms!!!
A bit noisy compared to other properties
