Everything. It was one of the best birthday presents my 12 year old daughter ever got!!

resturaunt was pricy and not alot of options but we made the best of it

Price, brunch, indoor water park

water park was fun for my kids

the hallways smelled really bad, reminded me of a cat litter box. it was dated.

The water park was great, and we appreciated the free room upgrade so that friends could stay near us!

I was double charged when leaving the hotel (2x for the waterpark), and now I see that I was charged again for the entire stay, on a different credit card. It is frustrating to have to spend so much time on this!

I liked when we got there, we got an up-grade on our room as we told them we were away to be alone, in which we got a room with a jacuzzi. that was great and thank you.

I didn't like that saturday into Sunday morning we heard jumping and banging till 10:pm and was awaken to the same at 5:30 in the morning we would have stayed at home for that night we have grandchildren.

The smell of chlorine on the 3rd floor, loss of indoor pool to a waterpark is disappointing for seniors and people without children.

I brought my 2 granddaughters ages11 and 9 and they had a wonderful time. Lots of activities for the kids. Food was great and the staff was exceptional.

Rooms need major updating, especially the bathrooms. However, the room was very clean.

We came for a wedding. I requested early check in because I was traveling with two 80+ people. My dad, 85years old, had a diabetic episode on our way to the hotel. Quite a bad one. I got to the hotel at aprox. 12:30 told the girl at the desk he needed to lay down. She told me our room wasn't ready because of an unruly bunch of un chaperoned kids! So, if he wanted to rest, lay down on one of the couches. I was livid! We were finally given a room 10 minutes before the wedding. Unexceptable! We had to get changed in another guests room, and my dad missed most of the wedding/reception because of exhaustion. I feel for such a large facility, we were treated with no respect, or understanding for the problem at hand. I had made this reservation in January, and feel I should have been made a priority given the situation. I would not recommend this hotel!

Great location

Waterpark was not a great value,and we got a rash all over bodies. Won't be going back

Water park was great. Perfect setting for a getaway and family fun.

The upstairs restaraunt was just ok. Food was good, but chairs and tables always felt dirty and greasy. Lots of chair stains. Tables very sticky. Staff was excellent. Always pleasant.

The kids had a blast at the water park, there was something for each of them to do. The kids ages were 7,6,4,1 1/2. Champys food was excellent, lived the family atmosphere, loft room was spacious for all

Wish there was a few more kid channels like Disney jr or Sprout

The staff was excellent. Always pleasant, helpful and smiling. The activities for the kids were wonderful also, plenty to do.

the staff was the friendliest, most helpful of anywhere we have ever stayed. the breakfast buffet was very good. we also enjoyed the activities for kids. the spa treatment was also very good.

The water park was great fun for the whole family.

I think the water park should be included in the stay at the hotel not extra, as the hot tub is in the park and to just use the hot tub you had to pay extra.

Kids loved water park

Having to pay 10 for each adult to sit in a chair to watch kids--- also bar closed and we had to walk to other end to get drink --no one would get us drinks-----also I booked a loft- when we got ther ether told us they upgraded us to a town house. The family had to walk in freezing rain to and from the townhouse- I didnt like that this happened and because I will never stay there again or tell any one too as well

Location, Facilities, Kahuna Laguna aqua center was fantastic for the whole family - so much fun. This hotel is right in the heart of North Conway, close to shopping, close to mountains, skiing and winter fun. There was a bonfire everynight for the kids. Would definitely go again. Fantastic time.

The morning buffet was great! Everyone could get what they wanted and as much as they wanted for a great price. The younger kids liked the water park and the wagon ride was a winner as well. Older kids liked the arcade. I loved the beautiful location in the mountains. The loft rooms are big enough for the whole family to fit in one room. I really love this feauture. We have made this a family tradition for the past three years now. I can't wait to go again next year!

We liked the water park and the fact that the rooms with a loft were comfortable and spacious enough for our entire family. Our boys loved having their own little space in the upstairs loft.

The price was a bit steep for a time that's in between thanksgiving and Christmas. It was clear the hotel was not at capacity yet rooms were over $200/night. That coupled with the fact that the water park was not included made for a $300 plus one night stay. Not very affordable for all but the wealthiest families.

We loved the indoor water park! It was well-staffed, clean, convenient and friendly. The staff at the front desk was on hand to welcome you immediately upon arrival. Lots to do...more than we could fit in on our brief visit.

When we pulled up we couldn't believe how beautiful the grounds were. Once we pulled in the kids were in aw. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were going to Santa's Village and wanted a place that is kid friendly and we found it. My granddaughters loved the water park, the game room and how they had different events for kids. Even my children at 31 & 24 years old said I really out did myself on picking this hotel. We are already planning next years thanksgiving weekend and everyone said the RED JACKET MOUNTAIN HOTEL. So yes we will be back.
