Red Lion Hotel Medford  

Being woke up by partying in the next room .11:00 ,12:30 ,2:30 I called the office each time and was told they were sending security. They never showed .I had to drive six Hrs.the next day and was absolutely worn out .The manager in the morning apologized and took $20.00 dollars off my bill..Big deal!!This all occurred about 150 feet from the main office, the night manager could have heard them if he would have stepped out of the office.I Am very disappointed with this hotel.

The staff was very happy and helpfull..Nice quiet place to stay and close to everything we needed to do..Love that it is pet friendly.Thank you

The Rome was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Excellent location.

The Wi-Fi Internet was almost nonexistent. When I called the front desk for help they offered me a one 800 service number instead of taking care the problem for me. The television was old and had limited channels and no tv Guide. The card key access to the door didn't work well it took several attempts.

The exercise facility needs to be updated. And the food could be better.

Good friendly service, clean and comfortable. easy excess to freeway and Restraunts.

The room was exceptionally clean, cudos to the cleaning staff. The front desk staff was a little incompetant. Told them a day in advance I would neee transportation to the airport, 4am came & went and no transportation, the front desk said the prior shift hadn't told them??? Went to breakfast, sat there for approximately 15 minutes, I had to ask to see a menu, while I sat there I heard the girl Ashley apologize to other patrons for her incompetance, no one should apologize 20 times in 20 minutes. She needs to be retrained.

The bed were really comfortable

Once we located the hotel, the location was nice, but finding it took a while. While you could see the hotel from the freeway, there was no close off ramp. And a series of one way streets made it hard to actually get to.....but not Red Lions fault

Room was a good size, comfortable for 4 people.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise for the price! The room was clean, roomy, charming!

Proximaty to SOU and shopping.

I reserved a superior queen two bed room with view of pool or coutyard. I got view of freeway and creek. I was traveling with daughter and was put in an area where u had some kind of event in each room around us next to us and in front of us all men around. Did not feel safe, hotel was booked. I was very disatisfied .

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice and the pool was a nice surprise for the kids after a long day in the car

Our trip was pleasant, comfortable and quiet. We happened to be there during the Classic Car/Cruise show and had a great time!

The car show was across the other side of the highway and our room faced the highway too. Thank goodness the music was really good or we would have been really annoyed! It was around 2AM when it was finally quiet!

The room was very nice and very clean. The hotel has obviously been updated and they did a very nice job. The location is not great, but I think that is really just a fact of life in Medford, Oregon.

不知道为什么到了以后酒店前台找不到我的预订信息，前后折腾了半个小时还是没有，不过前台服务人员超nic- e,最后还是按照我预订的价格给了我们同样的房型。酒店离5号有些近，我特意没要高速公路边上的，很安静！

Staff was friendly & helpful but the hotel was understaffed, long wait to check in, wait for waiter at dinner & at the morning buffet they were completely overwhelmed. There was 1 waitress for many people, empty tables were not cleaned & guests wanted places to sit. Fortunately they had plenty of food. Hotel is next to freeway so you got that noise. Rooms have terraces but you could be looking directly at & hearing a freeway.

See above, they were short staffed & many waits were necessary. Also the hotel pool was full of noisy kids. As a single adult, it put me off swimming.

Nice front desk staff. Clean room.

Beds were too hard..

We've stayed there before and love the staff, the balconies overhanging the creek, and how clean the rooms are.
