Very trendy, hip, great value for the money. I might be a frequent seattle traveler and I will always stay there. I loved it that much.

The website listed a $4.95 buffet breakfast at the Terrace Restaurant. They remodeled a few months ago and that isnt there anymore, that was a big factor in my decision making. But the staff was kind enough to comp me when I told them this. Just need to update the website. I would still stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, the room was well-equiped, the beds were very comfortable.

It was very noisy: I heard the elevator go up and down all night, I could hear the neighbors talk, flush the toilet and take à shower.

Staff was excellent and very helpful.

parking Garage is to small not everyone drives a compact car

Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

I loved how it was extremely central to everything. I have stayed in seattle many times and this is only the second time I have used the Red Lion. I would bring my family to this location again

My bill was incorrect. I was overcharged. It took over 1/2 hour out of my time to have this problem corrected.

Location and room itself were great. The concierge was fantastic.

The coffee! The coffee was so bad I had to run out for it and no coffee in the lobby. No restaurant, it was being renovated. Could not find a bellman.

Wish the restaurant re-model had been complete. No biggie though **Broken coffee maker in the room and it didn't get fixed. Formal complaint given to staff at check out because more to the broken coffee maker story.** Might want to look into. Staff issue

We stayed on the 12th floor. It was stuffy and smelled like air freshener. The bed wasn't super comfortable and the room wasn't very clean. We could hear the elevator everytime it went up or down. Drunk people were in the room next to us, but not your fault. Security was helpful.

While the web-site advertises on-site restaurant,bar and spa; none are available due to remodel construction. I would have preferred to know up-front that those amenities were not available, rather than to be surprised at check-in.

No matter how high I turned the thermostat, the room remained cold. I requested a view and it was not given.

unfortunately next room was so loudly that it was difficult to sleep...

Received very rude customer service when I went to check into the hotel. They only had one of my 2 reserved rooms booked. The receptionist made me call booking.com myself even know I had an email confirmation showing I had 2 rooms reserved. She was very rude about it. I had 5 other people with me and none of us will book with this hotel again because of this experience. The $40 underground parking is extremely excessive as well.

Room was clean, great view, quiet. Location was excellent - right in the middle of everything!

The staff really didn't seem that friendly. I asked for another decaf Kcup for the coffee maker and the front counterstaff told me that I'd have to contact housekeeping directly and that they didn't know if they could give me another one.

The Parking, we could not get our truck in the 6'2 underground parking, so we were told to go to the Hilton which wasn't that much better. You should definately post the height on your website, and there are many other lots to accommodate larger trucks that staff should suggest, the Hilton is expensive and not easy to access during rush hour.

The location was great, close to farmer's market and I felt like I was in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. The best thing was the view, large windows you could see the sea.

No breakfast & You should bring your napkins with you.
