    Only there about 6 hours in between flights. Would have been nice to be there longer!

    Room was spacious

    Noise from adjoining rooms when they used the shower. Paying for parking.

    Staff went above and beyond Convenience to the Sea-Tac Airport

    Went to print out airline tickets for the morning and the WiFi was free, but to print from their computer at the hotel costed $5.75 for 15 minutes

    Location

    Coffee service was dirty. No coffee provided. No hot water. Out in the hotel and we weren't offered a discount on the room due to this huge inconvenience!

    Very large rooms Comfortable bed Quiet

    No pool or hot tub No free hot breakfast No coffee in the lobby! Low ceilings in the halls Not spotlessly clean Generally older and musty--showing the years! With the large rooms, updates could make this place great. Needs new carpet, drapes, etc...

    Room was huge -- very spacious.

    Looked like half of the furniture had been removed. AC fan did not work.

    I love the location right across the street from airport and walking out the door and your shuttle is right there waiting for you

    Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Very comfortable

    The air conditioning was broke in the entire hotel on a 80 degree day! We had to change rooms twice in the evening, first room, we had to have the window open because it was so hot, and it stunk like roof tar because of hotel construction right outside this room we moved to the 2nd room and the toilet would. It flush, called maintenance and they could not fix it so we had to change rooms AGAIN!!!! This call happened over a 2 hour period, so much for a relaxing evening before our 5:00 a.m. morning flight out the next day.

    I liked the location

    Air conditioning was broken, dirty windows, the bar and bar staff were horrible. Dirty tables. The bar staff were very unfriendly and ignored us most of the time and never smiled. We actually went to another location instead of staying at the bar.

    The room was very large.

    My booking with booking.com was for $109 but they charged me $139. Parking on site was $11. They informed me the A/C was not working when I arrived. The front desk staff were chatting amongst themselves when I arrived and they continued to chat for a bit before acknowledging me. The room had a musty smell. The linens were thin so I was cold overnight and the comforter had a smell to it. I would not recommend it and I will not return.

    I did like that the staff was very friendly.

    I didn't like that the restaurant is open late. We flew in from Hawaii and by the time we checked in the restaurant was closed.

    Everyone was friendly. We had a little mishap and thought we lost a purse in the lobby. The situation got really stressful for a couple of us. The staff handled us very well. we found the purse in the room. Oops... Thanks for all the help and putting up with us Canadians! You did a great job! I would recommend this hotel. Shuttle was amazing!

    The location.

    The room was very noisy. The loud noise came from the ice making machine could be heard all night long. Even we booked a non-smoking room, the room we were in had a strong smoke smell.

    Proximity of the hotel to the airport.

    1) They attempted to charge more than what I'd booked for online. 2) The room still had shoes & misc other items from previous occupant. 3) Special request I added online (two extra pillows) wasn't done until I requested again. 4) Lightbulbs were burnt out. 5)No sugar for coffee in the morning. 6) I listed 2 adults and 3 children...only 2 towels in room. 7) Crew suggested the dining next door: There was only one table when we went in (was already finished eating). Took 18 min to get spinach dip (4 small pieces of toast and cheesy dip). Quality was good - but much to long a wait. Then, no rolls until I asked, drinks were filled up with incorrect beverage (only upon request were they however). Keep in mind,... it was only 7pm and there was NO ONE ELSE IN THE RESTAURANT! The Cajun chicken pasta had so much grease (quality issue not taste preference)... that I had to order chicken tenders and fries to go for my wife and son to eat. 8) When asking the worker in the elevator the next morning where a good place to get coffee was (because her name tag says "ask me where to get coffee")...she said next door. I asked about Krispy Kremes (the donut)...she replied the same. After several attempts it was clear she didn't speak English. There are so many things with this establishment I would be VERY hard pressed to give them another opportunity. The thing is, it seemed like two different people ran the place. Some areas were good (quality of tv; hot water pressure for shower; nice sheets;) where other areas were AWFUL.

    This hotel was in a great location. The shuttle was prompt both ways. My room was large with a beautiful window. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and professional. There was a great restaurant next door and a coffee shop. I was very impressed and would stay here again and recommend this hotel highly.

    Clean, comfortable accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Parking situation was inconvenient. Arriving at midnight due to flight delays and needing to walk back outside with a parking tag is a pain in the ass. WiFi was unreliable and very slow.
