breakfast was great and staff is accommodating remodeled bathroom was nice

first room was not cleaned and required replacement Bar noise till 12:30 was poorly managed and noisy needs another remodel needs more updates to replace frayed carpet and stained ceiling

The hotel was near the University of Oregon, a 20 minute walk to the stadium or campus. It was only 45 minutes by auto from Oregon State. The room was large, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was good. A great value.

Breakfast was great and the staff friendly. The location was convenient, but noisy.

The noise from above and beside us was pretty bad. Sounded like giant apes jumping from the beds onto the floor.

I was first booked into a ground floor room that had no lock on the window, it was easily opened from the inside and outside, however there was a nail pounded into the window sill as a security measure I suppose......the second room they gave me had a non-working refrigerator and a very flimsy front door - the rest of the room was remodeled and very nice.

I loved the location being close to shopping and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They shuttled me to the airport and back which worked out wonderful for me. Thanks again!

Shower tile had a little bit of mold issue going on.

The restaurant and lounge were closed on Sunday when we stayed. We prefer a hotel with a restaurant available at all times. It is more of a motel than a hotel. Don't like that kind of atmosphere. The bathroom was freezing and there was no rug in the bathroom. Too cold to shower in the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

They fixed our tv quick.. the stay was wonderful.

Large room that was quiet and appointed with above-average furniture and fixtures.

Need to put more shampoo in bathroom for 3 people.

rooms were over priced for a dump of a place. the roons stunk of urin and body oder i am being polite we did not stay the night after we reviewed the rooms

It was located just off the highway, which was handy (we were just passing through). The breakfast was yummy too!

It was very close to major attractions and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

located near to trader joe is the best quality for us.

the pool can be bigger. that night we stay some people keep very load all night even after 12 mid night. they were some kind of baseball team. i do not want to complain at that time. because some of these people may get mad and start killing.

Our ac went out in the night. They did bring us a fan which worked because it was nor hot outside. We had requested two sandwiches which they said they would have made for us for the airplane. So we depended on them. Next morning ... No sandwiches. So that was a problem. They assured us that they would get us to the airport at 4:30. When the time came, we were going to have to share the van with people going to the train station. Last minute, they called a taxi. I won't be staying there again.

Asked for newspaper on sunday, none delivered, none left. Did not care for the initial checkin. The clerk let me stand there while she worked on her computer until I asked to check in. Found most of the staff standoffish, almost rude.
