It was so relaxing and comfortable.
Didn't spend much time in town.. If you're not LDS can feel quite oppressive.. No good coffee shop and not that interested in Mormon history..., but it is their town
Bedding was too warm
Check-in and check-out were very friendly and efficient Like the roomy bathroom with 2 wash basins
far from town or cafes. dinner choices expensive and very limited. need to expand menu to small plates and more choices.
unbelievable location, comfortable room, good spa experience. breakfast excellent.
Leisurely stay, close to hiking and bike paths. Next to Snow Canyon State Park. Yet, easy access to St George and surrouding areas.
Property nice with hammocks at each building. Breakfast/buffet was real good and included in room cost. Spa/services very relaxing. Snow Canyon State Park nearby
Your lack of inclusion of basic fitness classes in a la cart room. This was quite unclear in my reservation notes which just stated that spa programs and activities were not included. I consider your classes "fitness classes" not spa programs. Dissapointed
Healthy and tasty food
Staff in restaurant was straight up rude and talked to us with a very snarky voice tone. Also, the carpet in our room wasn't vacuumed well at all
View was spectacular
Calibre of room
Proximity to parks
Unfortunately there was no hot water to our villa (on a freezing cold morning)
Everything, except for one misfortune
no microwave in room very expensive
location great food in restaurant comfortable bed fireplace in room
just a squeaky door that we did report when we left..no big deal
The room was wonderful, view of the serene pool..views were terrific, loved the walk thru the canyon floor and the proximity to Snow Canyon State Park...awesome park!! Food was healthy, but delicious..LOVES that its pet friendly..will bring mine next time!
The pool area was pitiful..not even drinking water...walked to the restaurant to buy a smoothie.. .melted by the time I returned. Food was bad and expensive so enjoyed the local restaurants instead ,which were excellent....front desk staff not very helpful. Pretty hefty prices on tours.
The room was lovely.. a couch and refrigerator would be nice. Glad we had a car so we could do whatever on our own
Hard to sleep with A/C. Getting more circulated air from outside is preferred.
Quiet, relaxing, beautiful. Lots to do and see or just read and rest. Perfect vacation for what we needed!
There was nothing we didn't like.
Very quiet and peaceful.
Getting around in the resort area was a little confusing with the parking area/roadway overlap, but not any big problem.
The resort is close to the Tuachan outdoor theater making it convenient if you are going to a performance. Breakfast buffet was not just routine, but they put a special twist on everything to increase flavor and interest. There are tons of activities scheduled each day. Swimming pools are clean and well cared for for a relaxing day
The only staff member who was average was the man who checked us in. He wasn't overly friendly, didn't smile much and didn't offer much information - a contrast to every other staff member.
I had a wonderful stay - the staff was do friendly and helpful. The melt class was an unexpected surprise!
Need more variety for breakfast choices.
The atmosphere and the pool and hot tub
Asked for room with a view of desert red ledges. Got a view underneath stairwell. Asked for a quiet room. Given a room underneath and next to loud people. Upstairs people used bathroom all night and I could hear every drip and drop. Resort only 1/2 full. Could have been in a quiet space. Pillows terrible. Asked for a soft, small pillow. Received a large, hard pillow. Refrigerator was noisy. It would fall off a precarious shelf whenever I tried to open the door.
Snow Canyon location. Spa Sanctuary. I really wanted this to be a peaceful, healthy rest. There was not any pampering.
That my planned trip to RM was too short.
Red Mountain Resort helped me to leave the stress of my job behind and created an opportunity for me to focus on enjoying nature and my well being.
nice place to stay - relaxing
couldn't stay connected on the internet while in our room. Refrigerator in room closet was not stable. It tilted when weight shifted
cell phones not allowed in dining area the greenery of the grounds
The signs were confusing upon entering, and we couldn't find where to check in. It wasn't very clear what was included in our package, and we kept having to ask if it would cost us more money. It seems they try to upsell you on everything. There are no refrigerators in the villas so that you have to buy food and water from them. A great free buffet breakfast was included, but they tried to upsell us on a paid breakfast. During dinner on the patio six yellow jackets swarmed our food, we had to leave our food and the table, and the staff didn't apologize or seem to care. We didn't partake in any of the excursions as they were very expensive.
The villa was amazing. Exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful with great landscaping and incredible views. The hot tub and pool were clean and enjoyable. The food was very good!
