Location. Having kitchen and laundry was nice. Cable tv was nice for kids
Bed uncomfortable and small (full size) no internet. Needs updating
Convenient to bus and to cabriolet which takes you in to heart of canyons. transport toall 3 resorts, fabulous, friendly. Trees around condo, quiet.
Overall the furnishings and kitchen stove etc needs anupgrade. Tired looking not that clean.
First and last time to stay in canyons.Expected the same bus service that park city has;not so.It was about a mile from the canyons bus stop to our unit VERY MUCH UP HILL.We like park city not canyons
Location was good and parking was convenient. Able to book on short notice
Dirty: dishwasher had food-not stains, food! Dishes & utensils dirty. No light in fridge. Shower had empty containers from prior guests. Door between bedroom and powder room won't close. Front door won't latch-damage around the lock. Short linens.
Checkin staff was excellant
Very noisy. Could hear a lot of footsteps, adult and children from upstairs. Very weak wifi signal
the coziness, the fireplace, the layout, the whole place was just so welcoming and equipped nicely. We would definitely stay here again in any season.
the distance from the parking lot to the unit.
Kitchen needs to be updated.
I liked everything about the condo itself.
I didn't like that the club house was closed and not just for maintenance, it was closed until winter. It was advertised with a pool, hot tub and sauna but all of that was closed. It would have been nice to know all of that before I booked it.
Loved it!! Will be back sooner than later!!
location comfort facilities scenery
needed more bath towels cleaner patio
-great location for winter and summer activities and breaks up a long drive in a great setting -large and comfortable
Because of the shortage of room availability in Salt Lake City, we reluctantly booked the condo in Park City, 20 miles away. However, it turned out to be an excellent choice. The condo was a spacious three bedroom, decorated beautifully with earth tones and solid wood furniture and immaculate. Wifi & dish TV was also available. we has a perfect experience!
If you are visiting Salt Lake City, it is a little bit of a drive but worth it. Just off interstate 80 and a perfect location if you want to stay in Park City. Also, there were keys and codes to get into the condo with multiple turns to get to the condo. We had to rely on a little map for direction instead of an actual address, but has no problem finding it.
Privacy and access to pools.Friendly neighbours
Distance to obtain and return key is untenable . The decor is a mix of dated Mexican and mountain cottage and needs a revamp .
Beautiful location, nice pools and kid pools
Furnace was turned up to 90 degrees when we showed up. Never got the place cooled down. Mattresses were old and soft and uncomfortable
Staff at check-in were not very helpful. They seem keen just to get your credit card number for “any incidental”. Very basic furniture Location is advertised as ~200 yards from gondola but in fact it depends on which chalet you are going to stay it can be more than half mile and it's not easy walk. During our stay it snowed twice and all the communal areas were not cleaned until the snow melted. It was also very dangerous driving on the roads leading to the chalet. We stayed a week and the apartment was only cleaned once after 4 days. It’s a place perhaps for young people but it doesn’t come cheap.
Loved the scenic location.
The rental agent was very good. The unit S2 was very nice
The HOA staff very unresponsive. Took three calls to get dishwasher fixed. Two calls to get fireplace fixed. Sidewalks were treacherous. Staff very lethargic about cleaning after a snowfall ( left 0900 and still 7" of snow) and icy sidewalks when we arrived from a previous snow event.
