Score from 2663 reviews Very good
Great rooms with phantastic view to the Red Rock Canyon. Nice pool area. Good Restaurants with fair pricing.
The music at the pool area should be more relaxing.
Very friendly staff, very clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Nice views.
Not much within walking distance. Poor vegetarian options in restaurants in the casino.
This was convenient to the west side while visiting family. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was helpful to get some blankets instead of the feather quilt. It's Sept in Vegas and the temps are still in the 100's.
The pool changed to Fall closure times (6 pm) without notice. We had wanted to swim since it is still Summer 100's in Vegas in Sept.
No noise in the halls and no waiting for tables
Drinks at the pool were way overpriced for what you get. Chairs were all lounge chairs that were not adjustable which made it difficult to take time reading while at the pool
Hotel is far from the strip st but the staff is friendly and helpful
The room had a great view of the Red Rock Canyon. The spa was really quite nice but I only found it on the last day of my stay, as it (and the pools) were closed whenever I had spare time outside of the conference I was attending. The staff were always doing their best - their efforts deserve commending.
The hotel has an air of fake luxury, the pretend opulence fades quickly once you get past the lobby though. There is piped music _everywhere_ (except the rooms of course) that progressively drove me nuts during my stay. The food is moderately bad, and restaurants are crowded at peak times, many of the staff just look exhausted - management issues at the lobby desks meant huge lines at check-in and check-out, leaving the staff to deal with a lot of annoyed customers. My keys stopped working at some point on every day of my stay, normally somewhere between the elevator and my room.
The location, Spa and room were brilliant
One of the Food outlets was poor
Loved the atmosphere anf location. Far enough off of the strip that I felt relaxed, but close enough that we could drive to the strip if we wanted.
The pillowd were uncomfortable for me. I'm used to something a little less firm and it took three nights to sort of get used to them. Also I wish the pool stayed open later than 7.
The staff are friendly, and there are lots of facilities. Plenty of restaurants, the pools are clean and spacious and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. Excellent dinner in Lucille's restaurant.
It's HUGE! The ridiculously loud music in the pool area (and in the car park) made it impossible to spend any time there. On check-in, we were offered either a smoking room (despite requesting non-smoking), or a non-smoking King room, for four of us. Despite being told there was no other choice, it was only when we informed the staff that our youngest son has asthma, that a non-smoking double queen room became available... The smoking in the casino (which you have to walk through to get to restaurants) is pretty unpleasant.
Nice getaway. Plenty of amenities.
Tooooo tight of slots!!! Pool area didn't accomodate all guests - and it didn't even seem that full.
great room, excellent, friendly, and competent staff; fun casino.
can be difficult to navigate through the large resort. Signage could be improved.
The strip view... 13.99 for the buffet
Very relaxing! I never left the resort. Everything I needed was right there.
Big nice room, great bathroom, fantastic view of the city. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
Friendliness of staff and getting away from too much stimulation when out on the strip. It's a pleasant oasis to return to!
Housekeeping upon initial entry to room was lacking. No robe, slippers, bar not restocked & lightbulb missing in reader lamp by bed. By the next day the problems were all addressed.
Love the multiple amenities and variety of great food options.
The pool is only open 8-8! Disappointing!
Everything was great....but the WiFi.
Everything was great....but the WiFi.
Stayed here because it is out of the city center. Staff was friendly and prompt. Eating establishments were numerous to choose from and most were fantastic. Entertainment for children was awesome with clean pools bowling arcade movie theater and a day care. Part of the station chain of hotel and casinos so get a players card. Just a quick trip to the city center to get your vegas fix. Less then 10 minutes from red rock canyon which has awesome hikes and rock climbing for all skill levels.
Buffet was par but price was great. Each room has a mini bar with candy treats which inadvertently cost me a $4.00 butter finger because one of the smaller kids helped himself. But all in all I would stay there again if I had to go to Vegas.
Connection with room wifi
Loved the food court options! Great with kids!!
This was a very nice upscale hotel with excellent service. Great choice if you want the option of being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Free shuttle service to the strip can get you there for your evening plans. Loved the adult pool!!! Good option for kids too. Fun kid pool, bowling, arcade and movie theatre.
Adult pool closed on Tuesday.
I just like the Enviornment and the Hotel as a whole!!!
That I didn't stay longer!
I just like the rooms and the space in the rooms
Price for goods in the room.
Rooms nicely updated and comparable to upscale properties on strip. Lots of activities besides gaming for family or friends getaway.
Could use a nightclub for dancing options. Housekeeping starts very early.
