Red Roof Inn San Antonio Airport    

Affordable for the location

When we arrived we were checked into room 306 and when we got to room is smelled damp. There were only 3 pillows on bed there was only 1 towel and no toilet paper. As we were putting clothes away my girlfriend discovered a used condom wrapper in the dresser. Then there were 3 dirty towels stuffed in next drawer. It was obvious room was real dirty. We complained and the housestaff came in to reconfirm the dirty condom with us still in the room. Gross! After I had already packed and moved to room 327 which seemed cleaner. I was extremely disappointed with our stay it was unsanitary to find a used condom in our hotelroom. The manager didn't offer to comp our nights stay. It was our first time with Red roof usually we stay at Crowne Plaza and Drury Inns and we wished our experience would've been different.

Great Value, everything was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, Staff was super helpful with any needs. Seconds from the airport dropped several family members off for multiple flights and was there and back in under 10 min, 15 min to downtown.

Access to hotel a little funky but the whole City traffic system is like that. No pools or spa, but hey its a value hotel. Ask for Irons or blow dryer before you take yor shower, They have them but you need to get them from the front desk.

the bedding had not been changed. My wife could smell that someone had slept there the night before and bedding was not clean. We asked for new bedding the next day and it was changed. Front desk staff was very understanding'

I liked the location which was accommodating to the airport, amusement Parks smd shopping center.

I did not like having a swimming pool, breakfast available and game room.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I enjoyed the clean room and new look.

No breakfast and the ice machine downstairs was broken.

I have stayed there a lot over the years...the staff is great and the rooms are clean

The location is getting worse and worse...there is no easy way to get to the hotel without going through a bad area. I am sorry to say but I think it was our last stay there...

Close-ish to airport. Friendly staff. All day coffee. Can't really say much more, stay only 1 night. Room was good.

Quite a journey to car rentals then back to Red Roof Inn. Thought it would be closer, but probably 10 miles and around 45 mins.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were impressed with the quality of the hotel as it was our first time with Red Roof Inn. We will use your facility again.

Price and location

Room had an odor when I first walked in. I had to ask for another room because I thought it was a smoking room. The second room smelled about the same.

Great value for the money! Excellent location with easy access. Staff was very helpful and friendly from the office staff to the maids. They seemed to value me as a customer. Great place to stay which I will definitely remember on my next trip to San Antonio.
