The bed was comfy and the tv worked. It was very close to the airport and was reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no coffee in the room so I had to ask someone to bring some up. The bathtub did not drain when I was taking a shower...plugged pipes? the "surround-type tub/shower" was very cheap and pulling away from the wall. There was mold in the bathroom. The bathroom light did not turn on without a very noisy fan. The pillows were stiff and too big. Should I continue?

Price and location for one night near the airport were excellent. The hotel is not attractive and does not have much for amenities.

Very convenient to Albany Airport. Inexpensive. Room was comfortable and had all the basics (desk, outlets, cable, Wi-Fi) you need for a quick visit. Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The hotel is supposedly going smoke free, but need to clean carpet, curtains and "soft furnishings" deeply. Area around hotel has lots of restaurants but only one bar 1/4 mile away is open after 10 P.M. If your flight is delayed, be prepared!

I like the modern rooms the flat screen tv I didnt like that there wasnt an iron or ironing board in the rm n i didnt like that a construction crew where on site barking orders to each other n cursing outside my room at 7:30 am!

Very clean and well kept. WiFi works great. Noisy, right in the glide path. Rear facing rooms get traffic noise from the Northway.

Price/close to airport Got 3 different messages from staff/email on how to connect with the shuttle. This did not make for confidence that shuttle would indeed be available when needed. Also did not like that a package of tissues was substituted for the usual box of tissues in room.

Older building on outside but modern and very clean in the room. Great value for money and large room with fridge, micro, desk. All one needs for overnight enroute home. false impression from outside

Great Value for the price. The room had been recently updated and was very nice. Even with all the upgrades, the door to outside was not hung evenly and let in a lot of light and a lot of noise. It was tough to sleep.
