NOTHING VERY DIRTY!!!
All that was offered for breakfast was cereal
Bed was very comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in a bed not my own, but I slept like a log. Easy access off of I-25. I thought it would be noisy, but I never heard the traffic.
Couldn't access WiFi. After returning home, I turned on my laptop and it wouldn't boot up. Had to click off and fortunately upon clicking on again Windows itself recognized a problem and fixed it. Must have gotten a virus when I tried to access the WiFi.
The room smelled dirty
No wifi, lumpy mattress, quiet room was pounding all night
Value for money, staff friendly and helpful.
High winds affected Wi Fi Breakfast skimpy, appearance shabby.
Staff was very helpful !!!
Room mattress was old and the wires were felt. Restroom was tooo small and toilet was slow flushing :(. Public transportation was not easy accessible from this hotel. The next time around I will stay at another location.
Accommodations were fine for a one night stopover.
Sheets and towels could do with an update - threadbare and my duvet had a rip in it. Overall probably a higher base rate than worth based on the quality of linen.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Most outside doors did not latch properly. Needs some upkeep.Very loud through the night.
Bed was caved in and staff on the morning not friendly
Size of the room. Very spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
We had stayed for a couple weeks and unfortunately had to pay daily personal reasons, but because we had not booked our room a head of time online they tolds us that all of the rooms were booked in the kind of room we had been staying. So they made us change rooms and the room we received the ac wasn't working and the maintenance person was off. They had no other rooms available until 6pm if they had any cancellation. And if they had a cancellation they would transfer us rooms. They failed to let us know about any cancellations, so 8pm came around and i went to the front desk to find that there was a cancellation and it was in the original type of room we were in. So we moved rooms 3 times that day. That is the only down we encountered.
When we checked in we were given a room that hadnt been cleaned!!!...then they didnt have the type of room we wanted (smoking)...my husband said he didnt want to stay there...
Very centrally located, easy to get to UNM, Old Town, other attractions. Pool was a nice surprise.
Entire hotel was mold infested. Since I've got a mold allergy (affects my sinuses, BAD), my stay wasn't very restful. Coughing, sneezing, runny nose ... GAH.
The bed was comfortable staff was friendly but unable to fix problems known to managers who won't fix issues
No wifi exterior doors don't work filthy inside and out black mold in bathroom pet policy included large dobermans, pit bulls, and small breed chihuahuas (all in one room) no one seems to care when these dogs bark everytime someone walks down the hall no channel listing worn out towels and somehow my deodorant dissappeared on the second day of a four night stay
beds were different firmness's so we had an option
Most of the outside doors were inoperable. The room door was hard to close. There was not an ice bucket or any tissues inside the room Cereal and coffee was the only things offered for breakfast.
Wifi was ok. Indoor pool was fair.
The room was poorly renovated. It look newly painted but messy. The door knob was woobly. Tub drain clogged. Aircon was loud you don't need an alarm clock. Carpets were dirty. Lamp was broke. Even the curtain wasn't fixed. Got burned by the hot water because the COLd side was actually the Hot one. No Kleenex, no trash bin in bathroom and the hotel was poorly staffed. I called front desk to report that our bathroom door was locked. I was told to come down and get a clip and fix it myself. Not coming back for sure.
Fairly clean Remodeled rooms Good service Great price
Older building Secluded from other services
Some of the employees were nice to help us which was mantaince man that worked there. He was very helpful
The service. The rooms and smell. Can't explain it.
