Breakfast was good
Outside was trashy cigarette buts everywhere the room had a bad smell carpets need to be replaced pool and spa were filthy drain in tub was slow never staying there again
The breakfast was good.
Here are my complaints: Commode top cracked, had to ask for towels and had to put trash outside door, no wifi for 4 days, no lamp for desk, lamp not plugged in by bed, hall floors dirty, door not painted, had to hunt for plugs for phones to charge, gum stuck on the sign they put on the bed, outside grounds was trashy!
- nice foyer with a great pool and hot tub - good breakfast - soap
- staff was not too friendly
No eggs for breakfast.
I liked the indoor pool because it was winter.
I didn't like that my reservation was wrong. The hotel staff didn't pay attention and only booked one room instead of 2 when the paper they had said 2 room. Very dirty! Rooms were not cleaned good. My daughter had nail clippings in her bed sheets. Politely complained the next morning wanting new sheets when the room was cleaned. They didn't clean the room at all. Checked my account and was over charged.
Staff was very friendly.
WiFi was not working, room was suppose to have a mini frig and microwave and it didn't. Rooms look very outdated. We booked online and was charged wrong.
Pool was excellant; scenery was awesome; breakfast good
Tv was not clear all the time and heater made noise 1st night.
Workout room, looks old, terrible food
the pool was great size ... breakfast was great
Fire safety poor, no staff, no carts, construction poor and old. Creepy.
My room smelled really bad. The bed smelled the floor was full of white spots. The bathroom was horrible.
The front desk clerk was nice.
Very dirty, carpet nasty and coming up. Would never stay there again
Staff was excellent! Friendly and ready to please. We had a great time.
We had two full beds. We needed a queen, my husband and I are big people. They need more queen beds, non-smoking.
The whole place was dirty
There was an apparent druggy checking in and no one bothered to question him. Then I get up to my room and the entire hall smells like fried chicken. When i go to use the "free wifi" they tell me its been coming in and out all day to just wait on it. AND walking up to my room, I hear some man screaming loud as all get out to his wife or kids or someone. I did not feel safe at all at this hotel.
Property was dirty & very outdated/old looking. Beds were very hard & uncomfortable.
Nothing, this place was horrible. I should not have had to pay for that terrible out if town experience
Room was filthy, sheets had cigarette burns, blood stains on the ceiling, hole in wall in bathroom, mold around air unit
I did not like that the pool area was not lit up so we could take pictures or how the front desk person expected me to program my remote control as if it was my job
I stayed in a supposedly 4 star hotel in this city a couple of months ago.....Red Roof Inn was a much better hotel. I would recommend this facility to friends.
The staff was friendly
Needs lots of upgrades
The pillows were nice.
WiFi didn't reach my room. Carpet was filthy. Room was right next to an exit door that slammed all day.
Pictures on website differed greatly from actual room. Facility was old, dingy and outdated
I liked when we left the hotel.
The facility needs some serious updating. The carpets are all stained & bubbling. There was bird poop on our window & it looked like it had been quite awhile since they were cleaned. The furniture was stained & something was dripping down the night table. I wore my flip flops the whole time I was in the room Reminded me of a hotel we once stayed at (accidentally) that asked how many hours we needed the room. Won't be staying here again. I truly was afraid to touch anything.
The weekday price was reasonable, but still too much for the quality provided.
This hotel appears to have not been renovated since it was initially constructed, I would guess over 30 years ago. Pretty much the same everything. We stayed on a game day weekend, and the price was ridiculous for the quality provided.
This is one big tired motel. In need of major updating or wrecking ball.
