The bed was very comfortable.
No computer room, no gym, no pool, no complimentary coffee in the morning. What's with the hardwood floors in the rooms? Should be carpet. It ups the level of comfort for the guests. I will not be returning to this Motel 6.
Ben at front desk.
Had trouble getting door open to balcony from room.
Helpful staff, clean room, close to everything!!! Great experience for the money!!!!!!
Clean and safe. Free parking underneath hotel. Close to bus station. Great value for the price. It is not a 4 star hotel, but it was clean and safe.
For the price, it had what I expected.
Ben at the reception was just great! He was very flexible and helpful in accommodating our requests. I really appreciated Ben's thoughtfulness and help
However, not all the staff members were nice like Ben. One of the guys when we were trying to check out was very mean and unaccommodating.
Really nothing! When I contacted the hotel someone at the from desk told me that I was in walking distance to the place zI needed to go. Put the place was very far and I walked about 20 blocks. I asked the person who I was talking with how fat was their motel and they told me it was right down the street. I won't recommend this motel for anyone to stay a night after the horrible service I receive. It's not worth the stay even if the motel is offering free parking. Need to be up to date with other motels/hotels and need to hire more people to clean the rooms as well as keeping clean towels and available for your staying customers. This motel needs to hire more people. Didn't like anything!
Read comments above and there are plenty other things I didn't like! Terrible, Terrible Service!
nice king size bed. great location for a walking tour of downtown. took us 10 minutes to walk to olympic park, world of coke. Use Baker street for a direct route. Good value for money compared with the prices of the other hotels in the area
lot of homeless in the area. people asking for money.
The only think I like about my stay is the business meeting I had.
Regardless of who stays with you they should be treated with the upmost respect. If noone stays here than how would you get paid? Ask yourself. The staff was very very tacky.
I really enjoyed the friendly staff and my room was very clean and smelled great. Housekeeper BB did a great job! The staff had a good knowledge of the area and was very helpful. Wi-Fi connection was great. The king size bed was very comfortable and I loved the hardwood floors. For the price, I was impressed.
I did not like that I could not get the AARP discount when I checked in.
great location for the money if you're going to a concert at the Georgia Dome or Phillips Arena. You can easily walk there and back safely.
We stayed on the lobby floor so it was a bit noisy throughout the night. The beds were not very comfortable, but the room was very clean so for the money I can't complain.
When I was ironing my shirt, because I had to be well dressed next day.. there was coffee on the iron, so instead of water, coffee came out and spoiled my shirt and my pants (in my pants I had not notice, because the lack of light in the room, but with the shirt was very obvios
The level of some clients is very poor, they make a lot of noises after 1 a.m frequently
Bathroom was updated. Mattress was okay. Free Parking.
I arrive from traveling and I am told there is no bathroom in the lobby and would have to go across the street to the Hilton if I could not wait till I get in my room. I was close to the door that opens onto the floor and heard it every time it slammed which it did every time it was opened. No coffee pot or coffee in the room, Website said 0.6 mi from Philips arena and found out the arena was over a mile away.
Unfriendly staff, absolutely no amenities, no guest restroom in lobby, key cards didn't work 50% of the time.
Ok hotel if you are just looking for a cheap 1 night stay that is semi decent.
Very small room for it to be considered a "king room" with no amenities such as a closet or fridge. Very minimal hotel.
Cheap, clean and close to hilton where conference was located. Had free wi-fi also. Close to downtown, and Marta (civic center station) ~5min walk so is good hopping point to midtown
Was good for what it is, a place to rest your head and do bit of work(wif-if definitely a plus). Nothing much more than that offered though (e.g. no pool/bar)
They do not have my reservation ready. It make me lose sometime.
Bed matress was old/too soft, room wasn't well kept
We are a young, 30 yr old couple, who does not really "care" much about where we stay. We look for low priced and we are not picky and we know we just need to bathe and sleep. You get what you pay for. We read reviews of this hotel and this hotel was given 3 stars our of 5.. not bad... but after reading I noticed it seemed like it was ONE "family" who made multiple reviews about the same issue they had, which I think is what drug the score down. When we walked into our room, to see an "updated" room, without horrible flower pattern comforters and had "hip" wall colors, I was floored! Speaking of the floor... it was pretty feaux wood and nicer tile in the bathroom. Very clean. Had a comfortable bed. I was extremely shocked and happy to see I got MORE than my moneys worth!
We had a room with a balcony which the door to the balcony was locked where you couldn't go out it. It would have been nice to step out, though I understand this was probably a safety issue. The area of town was ideal, though we are walkers and was planning on walking from the Fox theater... after being "greeted" by 3 homeless people in one walk, I flagged a taxi down to take us back for 12.00 (3 blocks away, but well well worth the 12.00!!!!!).
good value for the money. Desk staff (Ben especially) was friendly and professional. Was very helpful in helping me get around Atlanta. We stay at Motel 6's when we travel.
It was close to the arena.
It was a Motel 6 that looked much better online. The barbed wire fence was a nice touch.
Room was clean.
Picture of Hotel is very deceiving. Lobby has no bathroom. Price too high for what you get and location of hotel. Will never stay there again.
Staff was very friendly and helpful Room was clean
The staff were kind of not friendly
Price and good parking.
Noise and room was very HOT when I arrived.
