Upon arrival, my room did not come with the accommodations that I required and booked. The check in staff told me that my room and rate, did not accommodate for a mini fridge and microwave, of which I had to prove that it did, indeed. I provided my printout of my booking, stating the accommodations that were supposed to be in room, where in they kept my one and only original.
Upon checkout, the following day, 3 different staff members harassed me to vacate my room more than 3 hours BEFORE my checkout time, which was an agreed to special request at the time of my booking. The staff claimed that they did not have my paperwork, which was taken from me at the time of check in, and that there were no notes on file from the check in staff regarding my check out time for the next day. At that point, I had to use my smartphone, get into my email, and prove that I did, indeed, have a late checkout. However, by then, it was too late for me to utilize my 3 hours time, as I had already hastily packed and loaded my car, due to the harassment that I received by staff. No manager was in sight and no one apologized for their inept and rude customer service.
Also, on another note, there are no full length mirrors provided in the rooms, to get ready in front of.
The check in staff changed to my room when I provided proof that my room with insufficient according to my booking requirements.
