Location and the friendliness and help of the staff.

I did not have a problem with anything at the hotel.

The desk staff was professional and polite. The room is clean and modern, with all the facilities required.

The wifi connection was very slow and unreliable.

Very courteous, very helpful staff: receptionist, clerk, shuttle bus drivers. It was very convenient to BWI airport, but rooms were well insulated from noise.

Might have had a few more restaurants within walking distance. There was only one restaurant in the immediate area, a pizza place, but the food was delicious and it proved satisfactory.

Because of late reservation had to stay on the second floor. Wife is movement restricted and this maded it inconvenient. but was still very satisfied.

As a solo female traveler I didn't like guys hanging outside until after 11pm at night. Only felt safe in my room after dark. Hated going out to eat at night. Hotel should have security!

The Inertent is unusable - it is as slow as molasses. ould not do business!

The room was comfortable, it looked new and was clean. The shuttle connection to the airport and light rail was very useful. The staff members were not particularly friendly, but they performed their jobs correctly. This hotel provides only a minimum standard of service, but it does so well.

My negative comments are about things that are to be expected in a budget hotel like this. There are essentially no shared facilities: no swimming pool, no exercise room, etc. The room door and windows open directly to an outdoor hallway, so one has to choose between having privacy and having natural light, and of course if the weather is bad, one has to walk into the bad weather directly from the room. When I called from the airport to be picked up by the shuttle, I was told that it would arrive in 5 minutes, but it took 25 minutes to arrive. In a couple of other occasions the shuttle took a bit too much time to arrive, but in most other cases the wait wasn't too long.

The room was very clean and current; not what I expected from a pet-friendly hotel close to a major airport.

Your staff were very professional and kind. I came in really tired from a hard long flight and the young man at the front desk was very patient and courteous as I gathered my wits about me. The next morning the young man driving the shuttle van took me directly to the car rental place instead of to the airport since I was the only passenger - which really helped get my day started off right. The room was very clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs to watch their budget and needs a no frills clean and comfortable place to land.

Requested a non-smoking room, this was not the case. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. House keepers came into the room only to provide clean towels, no cleaning was done, linen was not changed, sinks were not cleaned, and the carpet was not vacuumed.

I was surprised that the decor was definitely way more trendy that most Red Roof Inns I have been in the past. The room made sense and was extremely clean. Couldn't have been in a easier area that was accessible to the major highways. Check in was seamless, quick & simple. Front desk staff were friendly, courteous, efficient & were not distracted and I was greeted by two people - nice touch! They should both be recognized as you don't see that everyday.

Bathroom was a little tight, but I'm nit picking by saying that.

Nice staff!

The room was run down, the pillows were shabby, the doors and walls were scuffed and dirty. There was work being done on the rooms downstairs, and so walking to and from the room was difficult. No bedside lamp, instead a bare light above the bed. I will chose another hotel next time.

The staff.

The room was far to small. There was no pool, even though the website said there was. It's very rare to pay over $100 a night for a room and not get at least a bagel in the morning, no comp. breakfast of any kind. The vending machines are horribly over priced. $2 for a soda, $1.50 for a small bag of chips.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful =) Would stay there again if I would ever return to Baltimore.
