We were allowed to have our dog. She pulled a pair of dirty men's underwear from under the bed. The staff wouldn't put her cigarette out and come inside to discuss the matter with me. She told me to dispose of them myself because had no way to track down who they belonged to (not what I was after). The bedspread has cigarette burns, the bathroom was nasty and the walls were stained. I have photos.
The lady in reception was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious Practical and cheap for a one night stay
Wierd guests in the hotel, and around. The internet was horrible! The shuttle takes ages to arrive.. No remote control...

They had a room, that's it.
Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to drive 2 miles. Upon check in, had to wait in a small un-airconditioned room for 30 minutes. Hotel did not have my reservation. Room had broken furniture and smelled of smoke, no wi-fi, no ironing board, exposed wires, no bolt on door.
The staff was helpful and there was a good Chinese restaurant cross the street. I'll definitely come back!!
the tap in the bathroom was broken or it was no clear for me how to use it. Anyhow i was so tired to manage to use it but at least i got enough help from the staff.
Shuttle to airport
It was like an old motel, staff was uninterested in your comfort, no one answered the phone, and the cockroach I helped exit the room once I got established was large enough to pay half the room night charge had it stayed. Establishments for food in the area were very limited - eat before you get there.
The laminate flooring- presents a cleaner alternative to carpet. This was a first for me.
The lights did not work at the mirror. My visit was for a short time due to an early departure from the airport, so it did not affect me, but would have had I stayed fora longer visit.

It was close to the airport.
We booked this hotel specifically for the complimentary airport shuttle. However, we waited at the airport for over an hour trying to call the hotel to contact the shuttle. The phone rang for a few minutes and no one picked up, so we tried a different number listed for the hotel. We got redirected a few times and were put on hold for a long time before getting dropped from the call. Finally, an airport employee called the driver of the shuttle and we were taken to the hotel. The room was okay, but the main issue was the staff not being available and not doing their jobs.
That I left alive
There were several people selling drugs in the parking lot and when I checked out a girl was saying she had been held at gunpoint for sex. I felt like I was in a prison yard and didn't feel safe without my firearm.

The facility had no toilet paper. When I approached the housekeeper she told me they had been out for 3 days. When I asked the front desk clerk I was told they had tried to get some from the Ramada Inn to no avail and she would " see if the maintenance man would run to Family Dollar and get some." I ended up going and buying my own. The place was filthy, run-down, and I did not feel safe.

I made a reservation for a room with two double beds but when I got there they had not held the room ended up giving me a room with one king bed and charging me more. Bad business practice!!!!!!
The entire stay
they messed up[ my reservation and had to get me another room which took awhile. and the evening manager was really nice but her staff was not.
Location close to airport and the bed was comfortable.
The pictures on the internet were nicer than the room actually looked. There was a hole in the carpet where the carpet tack strip was exposed and we stepped on it several times. The towel bar in the tub area fell off the wall when we took our towel off. It seemed as though some of the tenants were permanent residents.
They didn't have me in the system with booking .com. using booking.com they had the wrote g price and date in the computer. I even had to call when I got home in order to fix the price was told it would be.
It was very clean & roomy.
It was an older building the outside wasn't a nice as our room.
It was close to the airport and the park and fly service was convient.
The room smelled like smoke and did not appear very clean.
