Towels were the size of hand towel paid for a room for and the supplies were for one
The laminate flooring- presents a cleaner alternative to carpet. This was a first for me.
The lights did not work at the mirror. My visit was for a short time due to an early departure from the airport, so it did not affect me, but would have had I stayed fora longer visit.

It was close to the airport.
We booked this hotel specifically for the complimentary airport shuttle. However, we waited at the airport for over an hour trying to call the hotel to contact the shuttle. The phone rang for a few minutes and no one picked up, so we tried a different number listed for the hotel. We got redirected a few times and were put on hold for a long time before getting dropped from the call. Finally, an airport employee called the driver of the shuttle and we were taken to the hotel. The room was okay, but the main issue was the staff not being available and not doing their jobs.
That I left alive
There were several people selling drugs in the parking lot and when I checked out a girl was saying she had been held at gunpoint for sex. I felt like I was in a prison yard and didn't feel safe without my firearm.
The sheets were uncomfortable and irritant to my skin

The facility had no toilet paper. When I approached the housekeeper she told me they had been out for 3 days. When I asked the front desk clerk I was told they had tried to get some from the Ramada Inn to no avail and she would " see if the maintenance man would run to Family Dollar and get some." I ended up going and buying my own. The place was filthy, run-down, and I did not feel safe.

I made a reservation for a room with two double beds but when I got there they had not held the room ended up giving me a room with one king bed and charging me more. Bad business practice!!!!!!
The entire stay
they messed up[ my reservation and had to get me another room which took awhile. and the evening manager was really nice but her staff was not.
Location close to airport and the bed was comfortable.
The pictures on the internet were nicer than the room actually looked. There was a hole in the carpet where the carpet tack strip was exposed and we stepped on it several times. The towel bar in the tub area fell off the wall when we took our towel off. It seemed as though some of the tenants were permanent residents.
They didn't have me in the system with booking .com. using booking.com they had the wrote g price and date in the computer. I even had to call when I got home in order to fix the price was told it would be.
It was very clean & roomy.
It was an older building the outside wasn't a nice as our room.
It was close to the airport and the park and fly service was convient.
The room smelled like smoke and did not appear very clean.
No drawers, room stank, only one towel, plumbing leaks tv remote didn't work.
 Access to the interstate.  2 out of 3 staff were clean and professional looking.
 A lot of loitering in front of the rooms.  One of the rooms did not have a phone.  I had a non-smoking room which was obviously disregarded by previous occupants.  Check-in and check-out were lengthy due to other guests having issues with credit cards.  On check-in, the desk did not have my reservation yet from booking.com.  Hotel's rates are cheaper then Booking.com's rates, but this is not covered by the "Best Price Guarantee."
Friendliness of the staff. It sits next to a Waffle House so and not far from airport or uptown Charlotte.
The television needs to be updated. Some of the outlets were seperated from wall having wires exposed.
I love my staff member,wanda she was so sweet and she definitely looked out for my family. And i will for ever be greatful to her and the staff"
a lack of communication with 1 lady at the front desk,how she approach my daughter about a room.and told her she wasn't suppose to be in a rooom.when we finally got our room it didn't have refrigerator & microwave. And she switched us and i didn't know that we had to pick out of two rooms; that's where the lack of communication came from.and she address my daughter in a very rude way.i didn't say anything but i really didn't appreciate that. Period!
-Excellent WiFi Speed. -Location was within 5minutes or less of airpot. -Shuttle Service was good.
-Unclean hotel. -Missing items from hotel room. -Sticky Chairs -A/C did not work -No toilet paper in bathroom. Just a few minor annoyances besides the A/C not working.
Unmaintained. Laundered but stained linen. Broken deadbolt. A disgusting place to the point of being scary (and not in a great area either).
