Front desk host helpful but totally overwhelmed with no help. Room was worse I have ever stayed in. Smelled bad, ceiling had water stains, carpet was gross, bathroom door was coming apart and had nails sticking out of it. Our car was parked directly in front of office - and trunk was broken into. Will not stay at Red Roof again, and will most likely not use booking.com based on thier recommendation.
that after booking.com didn't send my reservation they still had one of their disgusting rooms available.
the cleanliness, the ripped drapes the dirty bathtub, toilet, sink. The bed felt like sleeping on a slab of marble. The room smells like sour fruit for some reason. It was just bad.
Desk clerk said no reservation in system but changed her story when confirmation presented. However, only had two double beds vs king. Room smelled like cat urine
Staff was friendly despite lack of staff and help and having others walk and quit after she had worked multiple shifts alone with no help
First I booked a double bed and was given a single bed for the two of us to share then the bathroom was gross. I toilet seat was broken there was no towel rack just had clean towel of the lid of the broken toilet which ran all the time and was loud. At 6 am we were woken by several people outside that appears to live at this hotel as they where getting there things from the u haul that took up several parking spaces. I had to park in the back which wasn't well lit and walk around the building in the dark just to get to my room. Very unhappy !
too much out outside activities going on
The woman in the Front Desk was really nice
The Wifi was terrible! I couldn't connect! The weird people that stay in the hotel..
It was trash!! the light fixtures were barely hanging on the walls, there was NO flat screen tv, only an old tube tv, to which there was NO remote!! The door looked as though it had been broken into prior to my stay! The metal was bent back the frame was scraped up. There was a half inch gap in the door when it was shut and locked!! The chair was DISGUSTING!!! it was COVERED on stains!! I wouldn't touch it!! there was VERY sketchy activity outside ALL nite long!! Lots of noises and commotion all hours of the nite!! I did NOT fell safe AT ALL!!! The parking lot was very dim lit & I was even in fear of my vehicle through the nite!! Do not stay here!! It is NOT at ALL what it appears to be online!!!
We were allowed to have our dog. She pulled a pair of dirty men's underwear from under the bed. The staff wouldn't put her cigarette out and come inside to discuss the matter with me. She told me to dispose of them myself because had no way to track down who they belonged to (not what I was after). The bedspread has cigarette burns, the bathroom was nasty and the walls were stained. I have photos.
The lady in reception was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious Practical and cheap for a one night stay
Wierd guests in the hotel, and around. The internet was horrible! The shuttle takes ages to arrive.. No remote control...
no problems with the room
Towels were the size of hand towel paid for a room for and the supplies were for one
They had a room, that's it.
Waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to drive 2 miles. Upon check in, had to wait in a small un-airconditioned room for 30 minutes. Hotel did not have my reservation. Room had broken furniture and smelled of smoke, no wi-fi, no ironing board, exposed wires, no bolt on door.
The staff was helpful and there was a good Chinese restaurant cross the street. I'll definitely come back!!
the tap in the bathroom was broken or it was no clear for me how to use it. Anyhow i was so tired to manage to use it but at least i got enough help from the staff.
Shuttle to airport
It was like an old motel, staff was uninterested in your comfort, no one answered the phone, and the cockroach I helped exit the room once I got established was large enough to pay half the room night charge had it stayed. Establishments for food in the area were very limited - eat before you get there.
The laminate flooring- presents a cleaner alternative to carpet. This was a first for me.
The lights did not work at the mirror. My visit was for a short time due to an early departure from the airport, so it did not affect me, but would have had I stayed fora longer visit.
close to airport--that all we did like--almost did NOT stay there at all!!
Smell--ladies of the evening fighting outside our door at 2 am--dirty--staff poor
Friendly and helpful staff.
It was close to the airport.
We booked this hotel specifically for the complimentary airport shuttle. However, we waited at the airport for over an hour trying to call the hotel to contact the shuttle. The phone rang for a few minutes and no one picked up, so we tried a different number listed for the hotel. We got redirected a few times and were put on hold for a long time before getting dropped from the call. Finally, an airport employee called the driver of the shuttle and we were taken to the hotel. The room was okay, but the main issue was the staff not being available and not doing their jobs.
That I left alive
There were several people selling drugs in the parking lot and when I checked out a girl was saying she had been held at gunpoint for sex. I felt like I was in a prison yard and didn't feel safe without my firearm.
The sheets were uncomfortable and irritant to my skin
Room was okay and close to the airport
Cable was not working properly and internet to , I called the problem no action taken
The facility had no toilet paper. When I approached the housekeeper she told me they had been out for 3 days. When I asked the front desk clerk I was told they had tried to get some from the Ramada Inn to no avail and she would " see if the maintenance man would run to Family Dollar and get some." I ended up going and buying my own. The place was filthy, run-down, and I did not feel safe.
Tv reception lousy air conditioner old in poor condition. Glad only had to stay overnight
