Score from 52 reviews Excellent
The location is great.
Parking space is limited and across the street from the hotel. The beds were not the most comfortable.
The guest service at the front desk
Housekeeping is very loud and prevented me from sleeping once they began. They allowed the doors to slam which ruined the chance of Sleeping. Very poor experience overall regarding noise. The WiFi in the room did not function at all. We had to change rooms for it to function
The only thing I didn't like was that the WiFi didn't work
Room wasn't ready. When we were told it was ready and went to it the maid was still in there. No place to park in parking lot.
The location of this hotel was very convenient. Within walking distance to the Columbus Convention Center and dining. Very Inexpensive parking for the area. Staff was wonderful, best of any hotel I have stayed at in the past. I had several mishaps (lost parking access card, need for band aids, and many questions). The staff put me at ease, was able to accommodate my needs and took very good care of me.
The WiFi was flaky, which was no surprise as most of the guests were attending a technology convention. I was still able to complete the work I needed to do during my stay.
sheets were dirty when we go to the room
good location good service
like the free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. parking was cheap too!
a little stiff on the beds
pillows to hard and no selection at breakfast .
Liked friendliness of staff, comfortable accommodations, breakfast and location. Very clean hotel.
Not a thing.
I liked the space of my room, it was big enough for my 2 yr old to run around during the day and how quiet it was for it's location. Check-in was fine except the fact that I was charged an extra $40 in taxes that were not explained.
There was some looked to be washed out staining on the sheets and a few strands of hair when I pulled the blankets back to check the beds. Breakfast was very minimal, there wasn't much to choose from. I tried to extend my stay another night and they wanted me to pay double the price I originally paid each night for 1.
the staff was superb and the room was awesome
The selection of items on breakfast menu could of been a little more extensive and it was a little cramped
always a great place to stay
I had a mini suite and felt like a studio apartment (that's a great thing when it comes to a hotel room). Customer Service was amazing, room was fantastic (VERY clean), and overall awesome experience. I slept through breakfast so I can't help you with that but it seemed like a good spread from what I heard.
Parking - yes, it was free but it was across the road. You have to go up to a cross walk to get over to the hotel. It was about 10 degrees and sleeting so this definitely was an issue for me. NOT HAPPY about parking but, in their defense, what are you going to do in a downtown environment with very little space? Suppose it was best they could do but still a negative to me.
This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in.
great price and location
Staff, service, room was excellent.
Parking was across the street, but that was okay.
This motel was close enough to Nationwide Arena that we were able to walk to the hockey game.
Parking was across the street, which was okay until it was full when we got back from dinner.
It was great location for us since it was right across the Convention Center where my daughter was dancing. I will definitely consider this hotel if we go next year
It delivered everything necessary for our one night stay and was conveniently located.
Large rooms were sparsely furnished and decor was minimal. Lighting was awkward and somewhat misplaced. Breakfast was ok, but powdered cream for my coffee was a big disappointment.
The location to the convention center
expensive for a red roof inn The $10 additional charge for parking - ridiculous. The pillows were really uncomfortable. It was a typical red roof inn just not worth $120 a night. (Charge plus taxes plus parking)
It was a comfortable place to stay and the price is reasonable.
The front desk guys JJ and Matt were very helpful. The location was convenient for walking to dinner. Breakfast was included at the Inn. They had a nice grassy spot so we could walk our dogs.
Parking was across the street which was slightly inconvenient but safe since we had a Thule on the top of our car and were concerned. The furnishings seemed a little worn and the elevator also had a worn look.
Staff was exstreamly helpfull on a very busy ohio state game day
Great staff. .
Parking across the street sucked. I fell in the parking lot going to my car!!!
