Price, clean rooms

The hotel, rooms, hallways smell like stale smoke. I think the carpets and drapes need to be cleaned.

Great central location for activities in and around Columbus. Awesome value for the facilities! Rooms were spacious and clean. I definitely felt like u was staying at a hotel downtown!

Rooms were a little too close to ice machine and drinks. This caused extra noise early in the morning as well as late at night when guests returned for the evening. Breakfast was also over too early. I feel it should have a few things still out until check out time.

Very comfortable bed. Nice furnishings.

Room was pretty small but cozy. Too close to the ice machine which was a busy place all night.

The location is close to the Casino. We are 72 miles from the Casino and prefer to stay overnight. The price during the week is great...not so much on the weekend tho.

On the first visit I took off the waterproof mattress cover as it was very uncomfortable. Our second stay did not have one on so much more comfortable. Vending machine on first floor not working on both occasions. Clerk did not know it wasn't...directed us there both times.

Location, modern look in the rooms, newer hotel

Room was very comfortable and clean. Though we didn't use the pool, it looked very nice.

The complimentary breakfast was unattractive and had little variety.

Location was very nice. Close to shopping and both casnios and both was the reason for are trip.Rooms were very nice and clean.

The gentleman working front desk when we arrived was not very friendly so thought maybe he was having a bad day but he was there when we checked out and he was the same. If you stay at this motel which we would again do not take a room down the east side they have a ice machaine which was outside our door and people used it all night long....so we got woke up a lot.

We had requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Our friends we had made reservations WITH, front desk could not find their reservation even though they had a copy of the confirmation. They had to find somewhere else to stay. If I had not already checked in we would have left with them. Front desk staff was not friendly. WILL NOT stay there again.

wondwerful friendly effecient staff, spotless, roomy room. Very friendly cleaning staff but be sure to put out your "do not disturb" sign out or you will find them cleaning your room while you are at breakfast.

Getting to the room with the off ramp closed requires two u-turns to arrive, it is frustrating being able to see the motel but not being able to get to it because of construction.

Was a very nice hotel

Room was very nice and clean as described on line. Staff friendly and accomodating. Overall my stay with my family was pleasent and would defeintely stay again.

I was not pleased with breakfast that was offered complimentary. Selection was not that great and juice was very watered down. My only compliant of dissatisfaction.

Convienent to the area I was visiting, price.

House keeping is marginal. The pickup the room part was done well. The more in-depth cleaning is lacking. Hair and dust behind the bathroom door was there when we arrived and never removed despite posting a note in the bathroom to housekeeping. Dust on top of the higher cabinets has been there for some time with tracks in the dust indicating only the front edge is occassionally wiped. Ongoing road work in I70/I270 make it a pain to get to this motel.

Not much room to move around the bed outlet on desk lamp would not fit computer plug no fridge or microwave in room pool cloudy would like more hot food at breakfast maid didn't understand English and made no effort to connect me with someone who did

Although this is a 2 star hotel I found it very comfortable. Room was large with King bed, pull out couch microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom has been recently remodeled and the marble counters and new fixtures are beautiful. The shower head had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice that I could set the air conditioning to individual preference and it stayed on the whole time for white noise. I hate it when it turns on and off. The housekeeping cleaned every day and changed my sheets on the 3rd night. Breakfast was minimal but ok for a quick bite. Cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, coffee, & orange juice machine.A Nice touch would be a waffle maker and some fresh fruit. For the price this hotel was much more than I expected and would stay again.

My only complaint was upon check in I let the front desk know that the room smelled like smoke. I had booked a non smoking room and the door sign said no smoking but it was very obvious that a previous guest or guests smoked in the room. The hotel clerk apologized and sprinkled some sort of powder that helped for the first night. They were booked solid so I couldn't switch rooms. I stayed in the room 6 nights and all my clothes and suitcase smell like smoke and have to be cleaned. Yukkkk! Please don't smoke in non smoking rooms! It's awful!

Breakfast was old & cold lokked to be left from previous day 2nd morning out of several items.

The staff was very freindly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room didn't have microwave and refrigerator as booking confirmation stated. Hotel attendant upon checkin didn't know area. We were trying to get from Columbus Zoo to hotel. Hotel attendant could have been personable.
