the bed was horrible only 3 pillows and never been to a hotel where they have no extra towels...

Felt safe...and the room had a microwave and refrigerator.

The blower motor on the room heater did not work

The receptionist Tanya was extremely friendly and going out of her way to be helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole room.

Free breakfast service/facility area is not clean or well served.

Shower head was not sufficient, the side entry door wasn't working, no iron available in the hotel and no early check in due to limited staff.

The bed was extremely comfortable and made me want to go bet a new bed!! Pillows are also awesome!! Very clean and nice. Will recommend to others.

We didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast.

The gal that checked us in was absolutely excellent. Her very excellent and professional demeanor left little apprehension that our stay would be nothing but perfect. I didn't get her name but by checking the date of our check-in would certainly let you know who your super employee is. Thanks Again

Location was good and price.

The bathroom was dirty.

The outside of the front of the building had large amounts of peeling paint. Kind of leary to go in but the remainder of the hotel was super clean and the staff was nice.

The desk staff was nice; the room very neat and clean but would have been more comfortable if one foot wider--there was no room between the desk chair and bottom of the bed. The bed was comfortable. We did not hear one airplane or noise from adjoining rooms.

The maintenance people were not doing their job: one table lamp couldn't be turned off at the switch, one wall lamp may have had a bad switch, the sink faucet was hard to turn off so it wouldn't drip

Good price, pet friendly, nice sized room.

Room wasn't cleaned very well, there was food on the floor when I arrived. Also on the side door into the hotel from the outside, the card reader wasn't working which was a pain since I had dogs with me and wanted to be able to go in and out the side door with them instead of having to go through the lobby with them. Also the night I arrived I had to wait a few minutes before anyone came to the desk which can is annoying when you're tired from a long drive. I'd suggest having a bell to ring if staff is going to leave the desk. Once I was helped, though, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I liked that it was close to the dtw airport and that they would have a shuttle come and take us to and from the hotel. Great place to stay when you are on a budget.

The parking lot has big holes in it and at night when it is raining you cannot see them and you step in them.
