This place was awful. There was a stain on the comforter when I got there and instead of changing it, the maids just put it back on the bed. Then, admittedly my fault, I left my sneakers in the room and checked out. The issue is that I called back 2 hours after checking out and asked them to look to see if they were there and asked to get a call back. Three hours later, I had to call back and was told "Nothing was found." When I asked them to check again, I was cut off and told, "We've already checked twice." I went there to look and there was nothing found. Awesome. The maid either stole or threw away my expensive sneakers. To top it all off, Red Roof Inn overcharged me and I'm still in the process of trying to get them to fix it. Awful.

I like the easy access to location.....

Didn't get the room I pay for , when I got the other room was not in the right conditions , only two bathroom towels when they should be enough for a couple ... No coffee maker when I was told I had one in the room ... My visit was really short cause I felt so uncomfortable...I have visits other red roofs inn and this is the first time I feel this way , would I recommend yes but now I be more cautious of which location I recommend

I booked two rooms and paid in cash when I got there, ten minutes after I arrived I found out that the other people that were joining me cancelled. I went back to the desk which they were both outside hanging out. I told them what had happened and they said I would have had to cancel 24 hours a head. Which is fine if that is the policy but the next day there was a different young lady which was more pleasant and I told her the one room was not touch and she said why did you not tell us that we could of re-booked the room that night. People had come in and where looking for a room and they could of giving me a refund. I told her I did come down and the two employees that were there told me no. She told me they could of called her at home and they would of tryed to work it out, because that weekend was busy do to an event that I also was in the area for. I was fustrated because I lost the 80.00 and your company could of used the room.

It was close to where we needed to be.

I don't like that I asked for no house keeping, yet the maid knocked on the door a lit and scared me out of sleep. I'm pretty sure that check out is at non so why would you be knocking at 9am? I have ptsd and being woken in that manner set of a lot of my triggers. I ended up having the worst day because of it. I was going to go to the front desk and then decided it was in my better interest not to. There were no do not disturb signs available to us! Again I did say something to the front desk about no house keeping... Oh and the fridge didn't keep anything cold.

Good value room, clean and well equipped. Just off the interstate but we found it quiet at night. We have paid double for the same quality room.

Room had been a smoking room at some stage but as I didn't ask for a non smoking room I can't really complain.

the price and location--spent very little time there would come back

if improvements were made--double mirror in sink area, iron and board, small coffee pot.

Location is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy on the wallet as well.

Was in good proximatey of the State Exposition in Springfield, MA. The price was excelent for a weekend family event on a budget

Had a leak in roof and we were transferred from non-smoking rooms to smoking rooms. Although the staff did their best to sanitize the rooms, (which were very good), I could still smell the scent of smoke in my room. My kids stated they didn't notice the same in their rooms. (We rented three rooms)

We like the Red Roof amenities in the rooms-It was truly a non smoking room/no odor of smoke/bathroom super clean--we enjoyed having family in other rooms---the location (10 minutes away from the Big E) was super and it was easy to access our room. The courtyard is user friendly/parking right outside our room/nice walkways---very nice and we would stay again.

Staff at the desk did not give accurate directions from Eastern States Exposition (Big E) which is only 10 minutes away.

What really grossed me out was finding one of the towels that was not washed, it had makeup still on it from another guest. Another thing was the card that gets put halfway under the bed next to the pillow was old.. Dirty and creased, which made me wonder how clean the sheets actually were, would not stay at this hotel again. Disgusted

The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The room also smelled like bug spray. There were three of us and none of us slept.

Priced right, cleaniness

It was clean, comfortable and located close to West Springfield as well as within walking distance of restaurants and shopping

Signage was inadequate...it is located behind a Chipotle restaurant and with trees, etc. in the way, even with a gps we actually went past it before we saw the sign. Turning around was a challenge.

Found general manager Jim shaw very helpful and more than eager to help us,ensuring our next motels directions were printed out for us.

Well located near our event. Reasonably priced. Clean.

Not even a continental breakfast. Most all motels we stop at have at least that.

Location was excellent...very close to shopping and restaurants.

No coffee in room

The room was very clean and well-appointed, with good bathroom facilities and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was convenient - very close to the main road and within walking distance to a lot of stores. It was inexpensive overall and did not charge extra for our children, which was nice.

There was no breakfast or even coffee facilities in the room.
