Facility are remodel, dirt fly everywhere, the new paints smell strong and terrible. It should be close before fix it.
The property is being renovated- construction, unkept, and dirty as you make your first entry. Better to close this till renovation completed.
The staff was very rude and unfriendly especially the girl at the front desk. She didn't even try to fix our issue she just said we can cancel like she didn't care
The young lady at the desk were very kind and helpful.
Cost of room, for a location of room behind elevator
smell bad. railway very close to the room. very noisy. equipment very cheap. toilet clogged. house keeping forgot what she promised to give me one more pillow.
Good location along the I95. Powerline road full of useful places.
Poor wifi connection at the 4'th floor. 3'rd floor was full of weedsmokers.
the best were the friendliness of the employees
I found 2 small cockroaches
- the staff was friendly
- dirty - broken sink, bathtub and lamp - very noisy! the hotel is next to the train tracks - no breakfast - smelly rooms, window couldn't be opened
Room was dirty. Ac didn't work.
Bad smell in room
Hotel seems a bit run down. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and premises. Dogs running loose in the lobby.
Housekeeping, room was disgusting, the whole hotel smelled really bad and poor maintained
facilities need rework.. holes in comforters on bed holes in sheets smelled of smoke
The environment, the weather, all the food places was close by
Internet Smell Bugs in rooms Felt Dirty overall
the girls at the front desk were nice, which is the ONLY reasons we didn't complain.
THE fact that your advertisement LIED. You had said that the renovations would be completed by 1/31/14. I've already given a review to Red Roof Inn, and have had a response from Johathan Humphries, General Manager. He told me that they wouldn't even start renovation until JUNE on the rooms. I will NEVER book through your company again. There was USED soap stuck on a washcloth at the sink. BODY hairs on the bathroom floor. BLACK MOLD on the walls. The wall next to the bed was latterly FILTHY. There was BLACK SAND in MY bed. The bathtub was disgraceful... HUGE chips in the porcelain, and SOAP SCUM in the tub. The window had been replaced but the window still had the marks from the circular disc that they replaced the window with, and was FILTHY DIRTY. I already gave Jonathan my name and phone Number. We stayed (my 3 grown daughters and myself) in room #118 on March 8, 2014 and checked out as soon as we could get dressed and get OUT of there. I'VE NEVER been in such a disgusting motel in my entire life, and I've been in a LOT as my husband and I travel a LOT driving across country. Believe me when I say, I'll never stay in a RED ROOF INN again. The nightstand had 'rings' of something being placed there. Thank God we only booked for one night. OH, yes, and there were roaches. I couldn't wait to get home (Palm Bay, FL) to take a shower. Pat
They changed one room that smelled like cigarette smoke but I got one with cockroaches.
Roaches around the bed All the rooms smelled like smoke The room smelled like mildew Old mattress with hairs, bugs, stains elevator was not working properly Domestic Violence on second floor on my third day and not much response from staff. The staff talks bad about the new general manager.
Mildew, no phone, pubic hair in sink, corrosive door handles, holes in sheets, loud screaching in halls all night, plugged toilet ( handed us a plunger) could not double llock door it was sprung,,, air conditioner dripping in rm. Loud train every 45 minutes,
Nothing at all
The worst hotel where I ever been. The staff not professional We arrived before the checking time but they were So rude.they told us we can't check in before ,so we went back again At 3pm but then they said the system is doesn't work so we have to wait more After they ask my credit card to make a copy!!!! I told them I will never let anybody make copy about my credit card They told me they need because the computer dt work.i said ok but that's not my fault Everytime I book hotel by booking.com I must write my credit card details So I dt know why wasn't enough ? They asked about deposit too And the room is smelling old ,can't open the window We didn't sleep nothing , we stayed one night after we left Pls booking.com show the real pictures of the hotels on the website ! I love this page and I dt want to change . But now it's second time happening the same situation
This was only reasonably priced room due to plane cancellation. Able to get to airport easily.
No tissues provided in room. Had to ask for towels that were not there on our arrival. Room was next to railroad tracks and the whistle was blown every half hour. Blanket was very thin and did not fit the bed
Exterior of building newly renovated and is attractive which is deceiving. Dianne at the reception desk was helpful, pleasant, efficient and a pleasure to deal with
Room shabby, dirty, bathroom disgusting.Beds uncomfortable. Regular noise from trains and fire hall.. Halls smell of drugs.Had to ask for bed blanket and extra pillow
WIFI DID NOT WORK, STAFF WAS VERY NON CHALANTE, QUESITONABLE FOLKS HANGING AROUND, BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE, CARPETS WERE NOT CLEAN, NO FLAT SCREEN TV'S.
exterior of bldg. smart and grounds attractive and clean. Pool area well maintained. Front desk staff excellent , friendly and helpful.
room was dirty, shabby, smell of drugs in hallway, Noise from fire station and proximity to train tracks and numerous trains interrupted sleep. Needs new windows to block noise. Beds need to be replaced.
the noise of the train. Railroad is adjacent to the hotel. WiFi was only available in lobby. Coffee in lobby was only available during the weekend.
Absolutely nothing. Its in betweenba highway air port and train track right outaide the hotel...major load. They were under construction. The room was filthy with cobwebs and burns on all the furniture. construction dust everywhere. There literally had dead an 8 inch lizard carcus in between the window panes. Noisy all night from loud looking thugs. And used condoms on the flooroutside our door. Disgusting. We booked for three nights but needed to get Booking.com to get us out of our stay. It was so bad that I tgought I was being punked. As in, it was worse than fiction.
