Score from 84 reviews Very good
They take dogs. They are priced competitively with Motel 6. There's no nice part of Laredo, so the only reason anybody really stays there is because they're crossing the border.
It's not the hotel's fault, but the entire town is just a pit. One only stays there out of necessity.
The staff was friendly & it was smoke free. Ana Alvarado was very accommodating to our expectations. I would recommend to others.
we didn't have microwave or iron in room
Distance from I35 and the Mexico border.
The most uncomfortable bed on the planet, poor flat pillows. Small room with old furniture and very old carpeting. Very small restroom and old towels. Will never stay there again.
only at the swimmingpool is some possibility to sit outdoors, but at 9PM it closes and there is no other place to sit arround and chat, drink, eat, smoke, etc.
Location was very accessible. The staff were friendly & accommodating.
Was changed from one room to another then to another(in 5 days I had 3 different rooms). Air conditioner problems; roach in the room; first day-super dirty commode! For the price I paid, I wouldn't stay at this hotel anymore.
There is a pressing need for people who are a bit taller than the normal person on the street. The chair , again, was way to low. It would not raise any taller. I got one replaced last month, this month maintenance dropped the ball.
nice and quite; easy access to town
elevator being down; we were on the third floor
It was dirty
Poor wifi i was on the thirs floor no service at all
I rent two rooms 319 and 401 on 319 I had a charge of $17.00 for a movie that it was rent wich is impossible because the only channel that was play in the room was disney channel. I'm really disappointed with this charge and yes I would stay again with my new job I will be traveling a lot to Laredo.
Very clean and new
Everything is perfect !!
Clean. Attentive staff.
No late check-out, the wifi was buggy, there was no in-room coffee and there were no pastries or breakfast options or food vending.
Not offering a breakfast is ok but should offer even if for sale to go plate ware especially for clients that have microwave and refrigerator in room. When traveling those necessities are often things that people overlook or just don't have time to pack. They would be a good supply and demand product to have for sale from a business standpoint.
Small ironing boards
The service, the air conditioner, The rooms!!
en comfort todo bien
no tiene secadora de pelo

Small beds, poor wi fi signals, only 1 roll of toilette papel for 2 people and 3 days

price and location

Price and location
Wifi did not work
The hotel does not smell, and is located right across Sam's Club. It's okay to sleep there
First impression of room was great. We noticed the small details put into preparing the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly but every staff member we saw smiled and said hello. It made us feel very welcome. I asked for an extra pillow and one was immediately delivered. We complained about the parking situation and the young lady at the reception desk listened, apologized and said she would bring it to her supervisor's attention.
Parking was almost impossible while we were there. The parking lot was already almost full to capacity but what made things worse was that the big 18 wheeler trucks had parked at what I guess would be considered the back but due to the congested parking, them taking about 5 spaces each made it almost impossible to find a parking space. We had to drive around several times to find a spaceand we still ended up behind the big trucks. I was so annoyed. Especially since it was raining that night and we got all wet :(
