Nice location...healthy walk to The Strip, but the quiet is nice
Ease and convenience, free parking, clean rooms

Bed comfort is mediocre. My son had a backache each day after awakening, I did not on my bed, but was not super comfortable. Price was reasonable but again bed comfort could have been better and then it would have been a great deal. I did not expect high dollar surroundings due to the price.
The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was quiet. Plenty of space in the room. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Parking was great.

No eggs on breakfast
Kindness of staff

The staff were not so professional, the receptionist made fun of a guest in front of us. The breakfast was very basic.
A kitchenette available in the room.

I have to walk to hard rock hotel for a taxi
It's very close to the strip.
May 18, 2015
Little noisy when the airplane passed, but it is unavoidable as the location is near to airport.
Close to the airport, a great place to choose, if you need to go airport next day.

Wi-Fi connection was pretty bad at times.
Very close location to the strip. Rooms were spacious, clean and the kitchenette was a plus! Friendly staff.

Airplanes noisy from Vegas. Needed more breakfast selection- very limited. Yogurt or hard boiled eggs( that could be warmed in microwave) would be nice. Needed guide for TV channels.
Desk staff Keila very helpful and gracious. Prior to our sta Had called 3 times asking ?s., needs related to our stay. She was extremely helpful. It was nice to have laundry facilities on premises, since we'd already been on vacation a week, with further travel plans. We weren't in Vegas to "see the strip" - just needs to do laundry and rest for a day, seeing National parks, on our way to Utah,

Breakfast staff could not wait until the time was up to close the kitchen, not friendly at all. Non smoking room smelt very smoky

We could park outside. Make coffee. Sleep well. Quick dip in the pool. It's a long walk or short taxi ride to the Strip and a quiet place to relax afterwards.

bed was absolutely horrible I thought I was sleeping on just the box spring only it felt like I could walk out my hotel room and by any kind of drugs I wanted to.that was what kind of people that were around the hotel. I spent a hundred and ninety five dollars a night there. the second night I left at 11 p.m. and drove home it was miserable.
the room look clean

- You just have to go ask reception for pots and pans if you want to cook - Breakfast was not real orange juice but squash, and it was either a pastry or a bagel
- Very fast Wi-Fi - Comfortable bed - Friendly service - Large room, very neat and tidy - Good that there was a little hob to do your own cooking - Plenty of good little restaurants nearby

My only dislike was the proximity to the airport. Being as close to it as it was, in the early morning when flights start, you can hear every single plane take off. It sounded like one every 5 minutes.
For the price, it was perfect for the concert I attended at the Hard Rock across the street. I was only there for two nights, but I loved the fact that it had a small kitchenette.

Where do I start? After dodging the empty bottles and drug paraphernalia in the bushes, my older kids were chased out of the pool (a dirty disgusting pit with no waterfall and no jacuzzi) by a bunch of drunks who congregated by the pool gates and thought they were hilarious. Strip club next door. We decided to pack it in & just get what sleep we could. The rooms are all facing a parking lot in long strips of two- stories...or what we call a motel, not a hotel. No updating since at least 1970. Two drawers were broken and the tv didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. Finally dropped off to sleep amid the yelling of the drunks and were woken up at 1:15am by the smoke alarm beeping for a new battery. Those things are not hard wired (should have figured with the 1970's decor) and apparently there's no schedule for changing the batteries except when a guest complains! A call to the front desk elicited a response about 15 min later...15 Minutes of constant beeping. No way to keep kids asleep through that. But just when we thought it couldn't get worse...we found out in the morning that we were locked in. Yep, despite the front desk being arrogant and dismissive, they finally sent someone down to find that the lock was malfunctioning. Sent away for maintenance who took 15 more minutes to respond, then 15 min to hop in the window and take the doorknob completely off. It was a nightmare from beginning to end. In an effort to get something for our money (and after less than 3 hours of sleep) we dropped by the breakfast room. Yes, that's right. There's no lobby or dining area. They cleared the bed out of a room and slapped down a juice machine and stale pastries. No fruit. Nothing hot. Not even milk or yogurt. The staff was unapologetic and I was still charged for this stay. Heed my advice...this is the worst "HOTEL" ever. Do not stay here!

some wifi problems

Breakfast was awful, no choice at all, in fact I didn't find anything to eat at all... Just quit eating there. Internet was there, but not so good, if u need to work in your room, I'm not sure, if it's good enough. Airplanes fly over your roof every 5 minutes, so if one doesn't sleep well, you should not stay there.
Location was good for me, because it was a short walk from Thomas & Mack centre. Room was big and easily accessable. Actually I had everything there that I needed, even iron, hairdryer, small bath, TV with lots of channels, a kitchen, microwave, good fan. It was actually quite OK for 2-star hotel.

No heated pool. No hot tub. The website for the red roof inn has pictures that you can scrool through and i feel like the website is false advertising the continental breakfast. thepictures show hot foods such as boiled eggs and cereal. which in fact is not true. I was very disappointed with the continental breakfast. I recently stayed in Wisconsin and for example they had for thier continental breakfast. cold cereal 4 dispensor with 4 different cereals, boiled eggs, yogurt, scrabbled eggs, hot meat sausage, bacon or ham, juice, milk, coffee. it was nice to have a variety.
The staff was very friendly. My 3 year old son wasn't feeling the greatest and had a vomit accident. I was so nervous to tell the staff that I needed more blankets due to his accident but they were so helpful and willing to clean his accident right then and there. They provided us with more blankets and reassured us that it was going to be okay. I also like the fact that the kids stay free at the red roof inn. Totally awesome.....
