We loved the location. Near everything good restaurants and the train to get to work. The room keys were annoyng we had to get them reset twice. They were really sensative can't put them near any metals, cell phones etc...Also my Boyfriend could not enjoy the gym the first night closed at 9:45pm staff was a little rude. second night the machines did not operate, not a good thing when you are stressed with business and want to work out to relief some stress. |

It was conveniently located, very courteous and helpful staff, and a much nicer and larger room at half the cost of the hotel I had planned to stay. I will stay there again. |

The room was clean when we arrived, the complimentary breakfast was good. The parking rates were reasonable and the lot wasn't too far from the hotel (less than 1 min walk) Our major problem: We left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and went out for an hour in the morning of our checkout. When we came back to the room (about 1 hour before checkout time), the door was left open (a towel was preventing it from closing). |

Clean room but very small. Air conditioning worked well. Hotel staff were nice. Elevators were very slow, free breakfast consisted of bagels and toast only. Poor water pressure |

Large room, clean, silent, good connections to public transport, many sightseeing locations in walking distance At breakfast time the waiting time for the elevator might be several minutes; the breakfast is US motel style, with plastic dishes and cutlery, but the bagels are good! |

This place is a real gem - way better than its price suggests. Really helpful and comfortable central place that I would recommend to anyone. |

Perfect position for visiting the city, close to NY main attractions, subways and train stations, comfortable and clean room, nice view from the window (empire state building), internet WLAN Rooms a bit noisy at the lower floors, slow and crowded elevators, Korean street a bit smelly and dirty. |

Hotel was about as central as you can get. Rooms were a reasonable size. reception very helpful Only 2 lifts. spent quite a lot of time waiting. Also breakfast room could do with being slightly bigger and having 2 or 3 more tables. Had to wait for a table a few times |

Good value. Super comfortable bed. Very good location, especiallly for Asia people. It is actually located in Korean Way, full of Korean restaurants and stores. Staff can be more friendly. |

The hotel has a very good central location. The stuff was helpful. Overall it was a good stay. I had some problems with AC, which was fixed the same day I informed about it. Before leaving there was a problem with TV reception. As we were leaving, didn't even mentioned that. |

Very good location and comfortable good sized family room. Pluss for the breakfast room with fruit and yougurt. Why see-through -glass on bathroom door? This should be changed. |
