Room was very clean and comfortable. Internet access in the room was a bonus. We were on the 15th floor and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was better than we were expecting, enough to set you up for the day. The hotel is next to the Empire State Building, a 2 minute walk to Macys and a 5 minute walk to Time Square. Really good location. All the tour buses go from the Empire State so it is easy to reach everything. |

Very good location. Breakfast OK, however it gets very busy in the breakfast room around 9-9:30 am. This was our 4th stay in this hotel. It seams to be a little bit worn out over this time (small things like holes in the blanket in non smoking room etc). Also housekeeping could be a little bit better. |

I liked the location of the hotel and its cleanliness I think the hotel needs more lifts. we wre on the 13th floor and often had to wait a long time for the lift |

Heating and A/C were not functional. I had to call reception every-time I wanted to turn it on. Ridiculous.. There is no closet to hang clothes or suits. The key card was deactivated almost everyday. I had to go to reception to activate it five times. |

Excellent location - right on 5th avenue, so within easy walking distance to almost everything. One of the doormen was quite helpful & friendly (helped me find the laundromat!) otherwise the staff were average. Free wi-fi access throughout the hotel, accessible within your room. Also free telephone calls within the usa, and free continental breakfast. Got a bit repetitive after a few days, but there was always plenty of food on offer. Fairly good value for money but would not pay more than $300 us per night to stay there. The staff were not overly friendly or knowledgeable; when asked if a computer was available for internet access, I was told there was wi-fi access only, when in fact there is a computer up on the 2nd floor where the bar is. Take care when using this computer - you have to swipe your credit card to use it - when I got home, I discovered that there were extra charges on my credit card in addition to the time I had actually used. In-house laundry charges far too expensive - there is a laundromat on 30th street & 5th ave (2 blocks away) that offers a drop-off pick up service paid by the pound of laundry, rather than per item. |

Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, good continental breakfast. Central location, easy access to subway and Penn Station. Price of rooms excellent for mid-town Manhattan.Would book here again. Everything good. |

Comfortable, clean room, although I suspect there had been smoked at our non-smoking room. Simple but adequate breakfast, great location for walking and subway. Friendly, service oriented staff. Good choice for a long weekend nyc. Street a bit noisy and smelly, but safe. Breakfastroom very small; ques at certain times (around 8:30 / 9 A.M.). Bit pricy, but great deal for location and amenities |

Good location very close to Empire State and subways, convenient price, free wifi, clean room. Although very basic, a continental breakfast is included. The breakfast area is small. I did not see if the hotel recycles the trash classifying cardboard, cans, plastic, ... some shops in the same street at least separate the cardboard from other rubbish.. |

We liked your location - in the heart of the Manhattan near Empire State Building, just few steps from Broadway and subway station at Herald Square. We also liked your helpful hotel staff and room equipment. your breakfast - the choice of meals could by wider, we missed the ham or sausages. |

the facility was very good, and you don't have to pay for phone calls within the States! bed was very comfortable and it was right in the middle of Korean Town, so plenty of Korean resturant on your doorstep. I had a pleasant stay there |

The location was great, the staff was helpful , and the rooms were clean. Can't ask for more, especially at that price a/c unit was blowing hot air, we opened the window to compensate....there was no screen and I was on the 3rd floor. Also, cigarette burn holes in comforter of non smoking room. Nothing too bad that would stop me from coming back |
