部屋がとても清潔でした。ロケーションも良く、コリアンタウンの中にあるので、食事には困りません。ホテル- のスタッフさんもとても親切で良かったです。 ２人以上で泊まるには少々部屋が狭かったと思います。 |

エンパイアステートビルから1ブロックのところにあり、立地はとても良い。コリアンストリートにあり、安く- 食事できたのもうれしかった。部屋の広さ、清潔さも問題なく、無料の朝食とインターネットも重宝した。 部屋においてあるインフォメーションにはJCBカードでの支払いが可能、とあったが、結局使えず、VISA- カードで支払わざるを得なかった。 |

部屋はベットもバスルームもとてもきれいでした。インド系のスタッフは無愛想な感じを受けましたが、早朝チ- ェックアウトした際、supershuttleが時間を過ぎても来ないので不安になっていたとき、向こうか- ら声をかけてくれてsupershuttleへ問い合わせもしてくれ、とても助かりました。 2日目、部屋のゴミ箱の中を捨ててくれなかったのでメモ書きをして促すハメになった。 |

新宿の繁華街のど真ん中にあるビジネスホテル。観光的には便利なことこの上ないが、環境面では今一。まあそ- ういうところなのでしょう。需給事情を反映した価格の高さにはどうも納得できないのが、それでも好きでNY- に行くのだから仕方ないか。 日本人向きのホテルではなく、ほとんど見かけなかった。朝食は満足。 |

This was an affordable hotel. Very organized and curteos staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room was in the back and was very quiet. We would stay here again. |

Room was very clean and comfortable. Internet access in the room was a bonus. We were on the 15th floor and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was better than we were expecting, enough to set you up for the day. The hotel is next to the Empire State Building, a 2 minute walk to Macys and a 5 minute walk to Time Square. Really good location. All the tour buses go from the Empire State so it is easy to reach everything. |

Very good location. Breakfast OK, however it gets very busy in the breakfast room around 9-9:30 am. This was our 4th stay in this hotel. It seams to be a little bit worn out over this time (small things like holes in the blanket in non smoking room etc). Also housekeeping could be a little bit better. |

I liked the location of the hotel and its cleanliness I think the hotel needs more lifts. we wre on the 13th floor and often had to wait a long time for the lift |
