Matress was hard and sagging

The price was great and it was near my company.

I will not stay at this hotel again. The toliet seat was broken and I almost fell of the toliet. I also left a couple of shirts there and tried calling for about 3 hrs with no one picking up the phone at the front desk. A had to leave my meeting and run back to make sure they did not do anything with them.

The towels especially on Sunday, my last day had a funny oder, I don't believe they were really clean. I came down with a serious cold when I got home and it may have been because of poor sanitation in the room.

Good price. Restaurants near by (100 m). I recommend the Italian one, they have good dishes. We had breakfast at Sinbad, it was good too.

There was no internet access at the Inn. We spent 4 nights. I was told that the system is down, but it was not fixed until we left. Bus station is a little bit far (about 15 minutes walk).

Room was nicely done.

A/c did not work. No smoke head in the alarm. Drapes weren't private enough.

Toilet backed up in the middle of the night, night manager didn't have a plunger??? But did offer me another room.

When I made the reservation asked smoking or non to find out that the entire facility was non smoking. It was not a problem but would of been nice to of known.

rooms so small that one can hardly pass between the bed and the Tv table (going to the bathroom). No coffee machine or water heater in the room. You can get some coffee in the lobby, but by the time you bring it to the room is already cold. In the middle of nowhere: no shops, no restaurants, no bars.

My only concerns is too far from we're I'm going .but very excellent hotel.

The bed was really comfortable And it was really peace full and quite The room was pretty renovated

What I didn't like about the Hotel was that when I book it on line it said no tax which I thought was great but when I got there I was force to pay the taxs.. I was really upset after driving all the way from toronto Canada. My friends and I were just to tired to argue.. False advertising!! Also the wifi was really poor!

Close to Metlife Stadium, friendly staff, comfortable stay, i paid 185.00 a night but new years weekend so higher prices. But my wife and i enjoyed the giants game, went to nyc and had a great time. Will stay again. Best red roof we have been too.

Showerhead plate was falling off needs a little handy work but nothing to turn me off.

Room facilities and cleanliness of the room. Location was also good as bus was easily accessible

It took us an hour to find the hotel.......it's about 20 mins away from the bus station...it's not near New York...if you plan to visit New York, try not to live here

Good value for money. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, and quiet.

what I did not like is that I paid in cash at check in but they also blocked my card account with the same amount. Now I am investigating with the hotel what happened and hope to get it sorted soon. Will update my comments after this is settled I also did not like that I sent them 2 emails before my arrival, asking for help on how to get there from the airport and I did not receive any reply; which of course was quite annoying. The email address I used was the one provided in their booking.com profile.

I have stayed at this location many times before since my companies headquarters is located close by. This time is was a stay from hell. The toilet ran every 5 minutes and it kept me up. It was too late to call the front desk so I had to live with it. I was up the whole night and I had an important meeting the next morning. I will never stay at a Red Roof again.

Proximity to New York city and the price. We only needed a place to sleep after sight seeing in NY, it served its purpose ok.

The shower did not have hot water, it did not come out cold but it was not hot either and also the floor was moldy and did not look very clean. We also found an empty condom wrapper in the night stand.

The cost, lay out if the room. Quiet.

Good motel, value for money. As with most motels in US : bit difficult to reach with public transport. Red Roof is a nice chain; stayed on more occasions with them; always clear what to expect.

Takes a bit of time to get to downtown Manhattan

They did not have a record of our reservation & made us nervous thinking we were not going to have a room.
