Convenient to New London businesses and restaurants. Room was clean, but old. Bedding could have been fresher. Room had a stale odor the first night.

We were visiting Connecticut College and Red Roof in was perfectly located. The staff was terrific and the facility was comfortable and clean. The value was awesome.

The price was affordable. I had an issues upon check in that was immediately taken care of and I was compensated for the issue fairly. Will stay at Red Roof again and will recommend to my friends.

very cute room, simple but clean and perfect for our needs the lock on the door was wierd... but it's not a dislike really... more of a I had to remember to turn the handle on the inside to release the deadbolt thing and I kept forgeting to do it the second time and door wouldn't close, so that was more of a user failure :)

inexpensive should have requested a 2nd floor. First floor was terrible noisey as you could hear every one who walked by and came and went in the lot since the front door was only 5 feet from cars. Rooms were clean but stark.

the price was good and it was close to USCGA I had edited my stay to change it from 3 nights to one night. This info was not reflected in the info that the woman at the front desk had. She insisted that we were going to be charged 313 dollars for a one night stay. My husband had a fit and they got involved in an argument until he produced the booking.com confirmation number. Better communication between booking and the hotel could have prevented this hassle.The frond desk worker could have been less belligerent too.
