Everyone was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
Close to resort, nice pool, great breakfast.
There was a sanitary napkin wrapper on the heater. Also empty toilet paper roll in bathroom.
- Breakfast was good - Room is decent size - This is a good location
- Bathroom did not clean, there are face hairs on around the sink top when we arrive. - Both towels are very old and thin. - Wifi was not working well - Pool was broken without heat (in a 10 degree day)
Beds were old. Not to comfortable. Building is dated. Pool is dated. Rear entry to the building is in poor condition, especially the steps. This was the main entrance from the parking lot. Over priced for what you received.
Wifi Central location
Doubtful cleanliness Pool out of use Breakfast without any fruit of fresh food.
Convient to Killington ski resort, several good resturants nearby and a bowling alley. Breakfast was good, kids liked the pool.
Needs to be updated, room needed to be vacuumed daily and didn't appear to be done while we were there. Overall, good for a couple of days.
Since changing from red roof inn to days inn they changed the comforters, thats it.
There was no do not disturb sign to put on the outside of the door. So at 9:30 we were woken up by house keeping knocking on our door then using the key to open it. Thankfully the lock at the top of the door was there to stop them.
the room was bright and clean. The bedding very comfortable
Turning left into driveway. Honking from behind, moved into what I thought was a turning Lane and was honked at from oncoming traffic.
I made reservations specifically So my grand kids could swim in pool. I followed all booking info. Hotel stated pool was heated it was not. I am looking for compensation or I will have my credit card credit me. I have talked to desk people twice when I was there. Mgr was to get back to me I am still waiting
It looked lovely for Christmas. I was there to read and concentrate, so it was nice and quiet mostly Your dining area lady, Karen St. Peter was extraordinary.
Couldn't get real control over the heating unit. I registered 74 but never felt that warm Had to fold the fleece blanket and the counterpane over me to be warm enough to sleep. The annual large group of /chinese visitors was crowding the dining area so badly I took my breakfast to my room, I expect there is little to be done about this seasonal increase in clients. Another day I had a nice breakfast chat with one of this group by the fireplace. I need visual cues for safety and noticed that the yellow stripes where steps drop need repainting to be seen.
Belgium waffles for breakfast
You can smell the smoking rooms down the hall
1. They overcharged me 2. Booking.com used a "bait and switch" where I was quoted a lower price and then charged a higher price. About $20 higher. I don't recommend this hotel or this web-site.
Clean, friendly, updated, great location
Better than standard hotel, good pool and sauna, for a good price
the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
the floor was dirty and the towels were pretty old and worn.
The lady on reception was very helpful when I found I had booked for the wrong night.
Room Refrigerator Pool Breakfast
Asked desk person for pool towels. Didn't follow through. Asked again said she would bring. Still no towels.
Bed was comfortable, new, and clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
We were greeted with a smell of urine when we opened the door to our room, and the bathroom floor had hair on it and dirt in the corners. We immediately complained and requested another room, but the hotel was fully booked; it was the beginning of a holiday weekend. The manager, who agreed with us regarding the smell and dirty bathroom floor, sent someone to clean the bathroom. The tub continued to look dirty but was just terribly used and needs refinishing or replacing. Even though the shower was a bare trickle, the tub still didn't drain. My husband wouldn't use the shower because of that. The breakfast waffles tasted extremely "gummy" -- possibly because of cheap batter with lots of fillers? The manager told me that they had recently purchased the hotel and were in the process of updating it.
Bathroom was not very clean
Everything was perfect from the room to the location to the wonderful breakfast
Nothing I can think of!!
Ended up having to leave for a family emergency and was only there for 2 hours. When I called and told them I had to leave, it would have been nice to not be charged the full $180 and a credit towards another stay. Also room was supposed to be King bed and it was 2 double beds.
Would have been nice to get a credit!
Friendly staff, fast check-in and checkout. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Back parking lot dark. Tv not clear. General upgrading needed!
