I loved the fact that I could park the night before I took a flight out, (I live in the mountains and there was a snow storm.) And leave my car at the hotel in a safe environment while I flew home for the weekend, and get a shuttle to and from the airport.

1. The trains blowing all night long. 2. The shuttle that picked me up after the weekend went to a different pick up place. I had to wait in the cold for 30 minutes!

What one expects for 60 bucks.

Was much farther from Ski resort as listed on website. A desk would have been nice. Sheets, bedding were cheap. But--so was the price. Location excellent for my purposes but next time will probably spend more money and upgrade.

The staff-very friendly.

The train that ran on the tracks 30 feet behind our room about every hour all night long. The carpet in our room was dirty. The mattress was so hard I thought we were sleeping on a box spring. The only toiletries provided were one small bar of hand soap and a personal size pack of Kleenex.Security was non-existent. Anyone could enter the back door from the parking lot without a key cvard. The whole experience was a nightmare. We were very uncomfortable.

The price and how well maintain was everything

The carpet in my room was dirty because I walked with no sandals and my feet ended up kind of black

This property is an exceptionally nice property especially for the price and everyone was helpful and friendly. Right next to airport and has free airport shuttle they were awesome. Room was really clean

Convenience to Ontario Airport.

Will not stay on ground floor again. Too much traffic noise outside at night. Noise from Lobby. Close to Laundry and noise of chatter and machines. Would like fresh milk with coffee. Desk personnel very accommodating. Thank you

trouble with airport shuttle

Nothing at all!

I will never stat at a Red Roof Inn again. It was a very bad experience. I was alone in the room and did not feel safe. The room was filthy, it was loud and uncomfortable. The walls are so thin I could hear everything in the ajoining rooms. The shower made a very loud screeching sound when turned on. Was definately not worth the money I spent. I am very disappointed and will never reccomend this hotel to anyone.

The location was close to the airport

The maid service needs to be better supervised. I found a pair of men's shoes and dirty socks under the edge of the foot of the bed. If the room had been vaccumed the shoes would have been found by the maid service. I turned these into the front desk.

a lot of drunk loud people disrupted our sleep

The lady that helped us check in at night was nice and attentive. She told us what the hotel would offer the next morning and we were welcomed to get some. Breakfast was quick on the road type of bfast.

The bed was hard, only 1 sheet, 1 cover, no shampoo, we didn't rest well. Were dissapointed. The morning lady that checked us out did not acknowledge us... She was too busy talking on the phone. I gave her my room key card, she took it, kept talking, asked if I wanted a receipt, printed it out, gave it to me, kept talking, and that was it. It was a personal call as "mom" was mentioned a couple of times. We got coffee, bread, and left.

Close to Convention Center

If was next to a train track, and the Trains would blow their whistle all night long. We were awaken 5 to 6 times each night. Breakfast consists of Danish and coffee.

My room was dingy and ugly. The tv reception was so bad it rendered it unwatchable. Over all the room looked horrible and I couldn't wait to check out and go elsewhere.

We liked the staff, the comfort of the room, location. We stayed there at the beginning of our trip and the end.

The breakfast!!!! Those pastries are terrible and tasted bad. Having sugar at that time of day plus the sugar in the juices doesn't make sense.

The kids that were running down our hallway from 10pm through 1am and continued to do it in the early morning until we left.

Good price if not for serious cleanliness issues

I was moved to three different rooms to find in similar conditions. The first room I found human and animal hair in the bed foreign to me(1-6 inch silver hair). One wash cloth on sink counter black with dirt and the other red lipstick. The bathroom barely sanitized. The second room more hair in the bed. Hair around the top of the tub and one really long black hair hanging on the wall in the tube area( back wall of tub, lower right side when facing tub.) The third room more hair & foreign spots on one bed. What looks to be fecal matter on enter wall & a unsanitary refrigerator. I have attached photos of the last room. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend this establishment to clients nor friends.

Big Parking Space, Large Reception, nice rooms. free wifi

The fridge kept making strange noises all night couldn't sleep...microwave didn't work..the lights were dimming all the time by themselves & when i woke up in the morning to take a shower i was startled by a screaming like noise coming out of the shower head..don't even think about it..was staying there for a couple of nights & busy didn't even have the time to ask about another room but that was my experience

The coffee in the lobby was good quality. Small fridge and microwave in the room.

The freight trains that ran all night, sounding their horns as they went by. We counted at least eight trains over about eight hours. No coffee maker in the room.

Service was superb. Staff was mos helpful in every way and went out of their way to ssist me with items requested. Facilities were excellent,felt very comfortable.
