Everything is good. Seriously, it worth the money.

Room stank-was told all the rooms smell the same-was given Febreeze to spray in room-made no difference-laminate flooring so may be the floor cleaner-opening door & windows made little difference. Walls paper thin and gap under adjoining door -could hear people in next room. Awoken at 1am & 2.30am by people going to their rooms. Construction work nearby started at 7am. Hotel on very steep hill. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Supervisor refused to contact manager for me on check out and was very rude to me. In the morning staff cleaning the room next to us woke us up at 9am with radio turned up to high volume.

Great location. Clean. Nice room. Will be staying again soon.

It was noisy as - the worst place I have ever ever stayed

We found dead bedbugs in our room and ask to be move to another room. There was no bug in the other room but there were no dresser and no fridge either.

The position

It wasn't very clean and we paid too much for the hotel standards

Location was great

Small bathroom due to the rain it was very slippery in the rooms with flooring and no where to wipe feet.

Spacious rooms, clean, fresh towels and linen....location was good, short walk to port area, and Gaslamp area. Complimentary airport pick-up/Drop- Off which not advertised...

Didn't get room I booked, no microwave or flat screen as advertised. Too many homeless around the streets nearby. Water system is noisy pipes clatter n bang when someone turns on shower or flushes toilet.

The general appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the room was good.

There were however several maintenance issues that were in need of attention. Specifically, the tv reception was very poor and maintenance had to be called to correct it. The bath tub lacked a stopper that was operational; i.e., the mechanical stopper was disconnected and did not work. The coffee machine glass pot was missing which meant no morning coffee could be made. And finally, the front desk was notified via phone at 9:00 A.M. that I would be checking out at 11:30 instead of 11:00, but the housekeeper was banging on the door at 11:10 wanting to know when she could clean my room or in other words when would I be leaving ... In summary my stay was disappointing, and I'm not sure if or when I will stay there again.

They did not take cash as a form of payment. A pain since they also couldnt give us correct directions to the bank to deposit the cash. And the night crew working the front desk was very bright.

The location of how close to freeway and close to bars/ clubs in downtown San Diego. The staff was excellent, they even recommended a great place for breakfast/ lunch and were friendly and kind.

I have not one bad thing to say about our stay, thank you for a great time!

Like te fact is walking distance from downtown and gaslamp... Great benefit .

Te fact that u have to pay for parking granted that hotel prices are pricey as it is . Word of advice u guys should consider changing that

Very nice sparse clean room with hardwood floors.

There was a mechanical noise that was quite loud and vibrated the room every few min. Not too easy to get to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Room 112...

As janelas dos quartos nao abrem. Nao circula ar no quarto

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer, preiswert. Zuvorkommendes Personal.

Fenster im Zimmer konnten nicht geöffnet werden (hatte aber mit dem Sicherheitsaspekt zu tun). Klimagerät funktionierte, hatte aber keine Schaltknöpfe. Ausstattung insgesamt ein wenig marode (u.a. Armaturen).
