Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, beds are comfy, & the price is great. We don't mind the drive to Tybee Island or Downtown Savannah. We stay here on all our trips to Savannah & have enjoy each stay. Wonderful value!!
More towels would be nice, but if you go to the desk they will get you extra.
Check-in was fast and efficient Great restaurant recommendation from front desk person Safe well lit parking
Room was noisy, heard every door slam and foot traffic in hall Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed Room was clean but had a weird smell
I loved the layout of the room and the breakfast would great.
That breakfast was over at 9am.
Comfortable, good price, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Far from downtown or whatever touristic in Savannah.
Speed of service. Room was clean.
Breakfast was very lacking.
All was good, staff was very polite & helpful. I'll return there for my next visit to Savannah.
The wash cloths and towers were to small.
The table/desk was a good combination.
The inescapable musty odor.
Price was ok
room wasn't clean, facilities were poor, breakfast was terrible (description as "American buffet"), there wwas only one waffle maker, then some cornflakes and toast with marmelade.
I liked the location and the choices of restaurants around the hotel.
The TV and air didn't work in our room. We complained the first night and we were told that we were touching wrong buttons. It took getting very aggravated the second night to get moved and the hotel staff was not very apologetic. I feel they should have done more.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.
It is located a bit far from the centre of Savannah itself if you want to do some sightseeing.
At first glance I was impressed with Red Roof Inn. Our room was clean and cool and had a microwave and fridge which is always a bonus in hotels. However the walls seemed paper thin. I could hear everything above me and around me. A group of people came in around 2am on the floor above us and I could hear their entire conversation. If I ever went again I would bring my own pillows and white noise to block out the noises from all around during the night.
We loved the new flooring in the rooms.
The breakfast needed fruit!
We arrived late following car trouble. Front desk clerk was welcoming, sympathetic, and efficient. !0 minutes after check-in, we were fast asleep in very comfortable beds.
right off of 95, next to a few restaurants and gas stations, room has nice cold ac and was clean. New towels and bed was made the second day we were there. had a small morning breakfast for guests.
top cover had a body odor smell, tossed that to the floor and everything was okay after that.
Really comfortable beds and a spacious room!
Breakfast room was crowded and not a great deal of choice.
Nothin. We want or money back or we are prepared to move forward based on the fact that the guess. Chronic sleep insomia and is docummente.
My mom and dAd called for towels, instead the cleaning asked are we checking out and walked off.we deserve better and our money back.if you choose let me no and my entire family will b there
Easy check in staff was nice
Rooms were non smoking but smelled like they had a hint of smoke. Rooms seemed dark and unwelcoming . Counters were chipped up . It was at a great rate but I would choose another hotel next time.
I liked the access to freeway. It made getting everywhere quick. The room was decorated nice. Had a flatscreen tv and mini fridge and microwave.
The rooms were very noisy, not much insulation. They were supposed to be smoke free but you can smell smoke. The breakfast wasnt good. No eggs only waffles and cereal. I reserved a Double room, Double bed. So I should have had a small living area with a small couch, Plus the two beds. When I got there they put me in the standard double room with just two beds. It wasnt what I had reserved or paid for. I showed them the reservation with the pictures and where it clearly stated Double room, Double bed. The staff was rude. The man told me to deal with it, thats the room thats available. Then the woman came out and told me I could leave if I wanted or if I wanted that room I would have to pay more. I had already paid and it was for that room! She was very rude! I will never stay there again. I was so upset, but it was after 11 at night and my family was so tired that we just dealt with it. Beware, if you think youve reserved and paid for one room, they may just put you in another, even with your proof.
The hotel was clean.
When I purchased our room...it said our room was a suite with some square footage. And I was happy because our family if four needed some room for the week that we would be in the area. When we arrived...the desk clerk told me the room that we were supposed to be in would be extra cash. I was upset & it greatly affected our trip. Also...were we were constantly only receiving 3 towels, when we had 4 in the room. We were constantly having to go get extra towels. I will never stay here again because I feel they were dishonest.
Great new hotel. New comfortable beds, wood floors, large showers, microwave and fridge in the room, flat screen tv, great free breakfast
price was cheap
The advertisement said it was recently remodeled but only a minimal amount of work was done on the rooms.
Not much good about breakfast. not enough choices and they ran out of food had to wait for them to bring out more
Front desk clerk from friday morning, even though I could not check in until 5 and the room still was not right. She was just doing her job. So I had to ride around for 5 hrs until I could check in.
Service, Owner, Cleaning service, Night time front desk Clerk. The Hotel it del was old and Un-professional. I did not want breakfast there, judging from the service I had. Just terrible.
I chose to stay here for my honeymoon and I had a wonderful time
