Very cheap! Descent for its price

They have a smoking floor. And it reeks the entire floor smells like smoke! We never noticed we picked the smoking room. So that was really wrong. no hotel should have a smoking floor its toxic and an extreme fire hazard.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No Internet the whole week They say a storm knocked it out 2 weeks ago Worst bed ever no mattress cover had to go and get one had to fix our shower and sink did not work for a day Front desk did not answer call at night Asked for manager to call 3 different times and manager never did call I would not want to stay in this hotel again

I wasn't satisfied with my stay. Never again will I stay there again! I wouldn't suggest this place to any family or friends.

I did not like customer service. When I returned from a long day at an amusement park my room was left exactly like we had left it. Housekeeping did not do their job. I was hoping to come back to the hotel and relax, instead I was aggravated and called front desk. They imformed me that housekeeping was out for the day and asked me to come down and get new towels. Instead I asked them to give me back my money to look for another hotel, and then they offered me another room. I also tried renting a movie from red roof inn pay per view and got a message saying they were all sold out. Front desk said they will reset it but I still continued to get the same message. Wifi was only working in lobby, not in my room like it said before I booked my stay.

The location was great close to major interstates which was great for my business trip

Before booking this hotel I made sure it had wifi, well it didn't I called the front desk and the front desk person stayed it was not working,a work weekend lost never again will I stay at Red Roof Inn Sea World

Location.

Rooms, need updating. No hot water, old tv, no stations on tv.

Room was clean and ready on time. Staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable very warm.

Ice maker on our floor did not work.

The rooms were very smelly. The first room I was in had 'used ' sheets on the bed and the tv didn't work, there was food crusted on the remote control, the curtains were half off the very dirty windows had no screens, the bottoms of the bathtubs were gray, in one room the worn out comforter had a cigarette burnt hole in it and the ac had a broken grate and smelled strongly of mold. Maintenance never came about non working tv, I had to goto front desk 3x about tv and changed rooms myself, light by bed didn't work, phone was barely useable (static), bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, staff was not friendly...

Nice and quiet....

I had requested a room close to the office but we were given a room clear at the end of the hall way and the farthest from the office. Needless, to say but we weren't too pleased with Red Roof not accomandating our specific request as all other motel's do. Thanks

whoever the young lady is that booked the wife and i in should be promoted, definitely kept. she was most helpful in getting a first timer to our correct location promptly. bill and connie evans

The room was clean and the decor was ok

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED! So hard and I could feel all the springs through the mattress.

The location to Lackland A.F.b

It was outdated, there were 3 adults staying in the room and they would only leave 2 towels so we had to ask for towels everyday, the mattress were old, flat and not comfortable, they canceled my reservation even though I called telling them I would be a very late check inn and that I was also changing my payment method, they said no worries we will change it once you check inn. Had to call about the noise outside my room and when they radioed "security" to have him check it out he was with the loud group outside our room!! We asked for an extra pillow and they never had one so the finally gave us an extra blanket and said we would have to use that. If I ever have to go back to the San Antonio area I will not stay at this Red Roof Inn.

I chose the Red Roof because of the very low cost, yet it was clean and most adequate. I was visiting family in the area. I drove through a snow storm in Minnesota/Iowa which delayed my arrival and the hotel refunded me the money for the first night that I had reserved, but did not use.

The price was great and its location was very nice. Restaurants within walking distance and shopping mall and gas station under 5 min drive. Staff was friendly the room was very nice.

Was less expensive and close to sea world. Staff was polite. Rooms were decently clean and nice. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

fire alarm went off everyday at 8 am , I guess because they were resting the elevator. Also, you need to get a parking permit from the front desk to park around hotel or car will be towed. Made us a bit nervous and the first day we stayed we didnt know this because check in staff forgot to give us permit.

The service is good, reasonable price for three stars.

A little bit too far from down town.

This Red roof inn was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at, The first room they put me in should not have been rented, no # on room, bed was broke, bathroom was discusting, floor was nasty, , I went back down the elvater and told the young lady at the desk, all she wanted was to get me another room as quickly so she could finish talking to her male friend, could not get a hold of a Manager nerver seen one at this hotel, all the restrooms are in bad shape, in the 2 rooms both bathtubs looked like they washed the bedspeads in them, then looked at a 3 room same thing, cracked toilet in both rooms, very little water presser, phone did not work in room , went down and told them , never fixed, said they did not have enough coverage at desk to do this like this, , I will never stay at this hotel again,

The hotel was less than 10 minutes from Seaworld, easy to find and the rooms was clean and there was free in room wi-fi.

The hotel is next to a night club which on one of our 3 nights caused major noice and extra traffic in the hotel parking lot. This is not a hotel for anyone wanting a quiet nights sleep. You can here every conversation in the hall way outside the room (thin walls?) you can hear the room next door running water flushing the commode etc.

I leave a phone at room 115 on July 18 2012, when I realized I call back to the hotel trying to get my phone via mail and this guys refused to send me my phone back, that is not faire, 23 of us give business to this hotel for 2 days, I won't come back
