We were needing to be close to Seattle airport, so location was good. A good shuttle service to and from airport.

We did not think that the area would be too safe at night

Someone got up at 5am in the room above mine. They woke me up because the floor creaked very very loudly as if it were an old wooden floor, I doubt it was.

I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn before. Even though I had to cancel my last planned stay I will rebook it for sure as soon as I can. I found my room very comfortable and clean. A clean room is the most important thing for me. I also like the furnishings and found the bed to be very comfortable. Will stay there again when in the area. And the gentleman I spoke to when I had to cancel (due to death in family) was so courteous on the phone. So far so good! I will return.

Just 10 minutes walking distance from airport. No shuttle bus necessary.

Not enough parking spaces available. Just one elevator for a 3 story building.

Good price, clean, close to airport

I stayed there because I had an early flight the next day- it's close enough to walk to Seatac, but the hotel also runs shuttles. It was clean, comfortable and inexpensive.

The free shuttle to and from Sea-Tac Airport was very efficient. It took all the stress off of getting to the airport and back to the hotel.

Location was convenient, very good shuttle service. Staff was friendly.

No continental breakfast, flying out early in the morning would be nice to have a little something to get you going, there is very little time time to go grab a bite in the morning and if you are doing the shuttle then it's impossible to go to a restaurant to eat.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and quiet. Location was great. We were thankful that you mentioned the Lite-Rail was 7 mins walk, that way we didn't have the hassle of driving downtown.

The helpfulness of the staff. Lite-Rail was recommended. Just a 7 minute walk. It was great not having to drive into the city.

Everything was perfect.

Decent facility across the street from SeaTac Airport. Convenient for returning rental car and getting to the airport.

Can't believe hotels like this still exist. Lobby stunk like cheap car freshener. Walls were beat up, patched holes in elevator. Dingy. Room stunk and all my clothes after I goxt home. Sheets and bedspread had holes in them. So thin I was not certain if even clean. Shocked that this was a chain hotel that should meet certain standards.

Seems a bit old and worn, the view out the back - at least where my room was - was of someone's personal garbage dump.

It was dirty and smelled like bug spray. Completely outdated with the cheapest and roughest towels imaginable.

We found that the Red Roof had everything we needed except it would have been nice to have a small table in the room with the micro/fridge.

We have stayed there before to fly out from the airport and leave our car. This time when I told them that is what I needed to do they said the park and fly was closed til april 1st. They told us we would have to go to the master park next door and pay 100.00 to leave our car. I was very disappointed they did not metion that on teh web site. We will never stay there again.
