I reserved a non smoking room. however i did not receive it. Since the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke I don't guess it really mattered. Also there was duct tape repairing under the sink and on the toilet. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and def would not stay here again.

The location was close to the 85 highway and to shops/restaurants. The staff were friendly although not very effective with their duties. The self-serve breakfast was filling.

The phone didn't work in the room, even after pointing out this problem to Front-desk staff 3 times. The room still needed to have repairs completed. The faucet at sink in the bathroom actually moved every time I turned it on, the shower plumbing moved back and forth when I adjusted the shower head and the water backed up a bit in the tub because the stopper was not properly installed or because there was hair in the drain.

The hotel was located very close to an interstate, which made it quite convenient when coming & going throughout our stay. Yet it was also very quiet for being so close to a highway, even with our room on the side closest to the road. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others.

Parking in general was a little cramped. However our room was right next to an exterior door not too far from the front lot. When a space was open, it was extremely nice to have such a short walk to our room.

Rooms were dated and furniture in poor condition.

The staff was very friendly. Anything we wanted to know we asked and they had the answers.

Good breakfast choices. Nice big room. Very clean!

Only thing I liked was that they provided free wifi, newspapers, gym and continental breakfast. However, every morning the fruit was not fresh, and the batter for the waffles was soupy. The breakfast area (also lobby) trashcan was always overflowing.

Unfortunately I used my debit card and daily they were placing $600 holds on my card although we paid in full when we arrived. We stayed for 3 days. The room service. the telephone in our room was ripped from the wall, which we reported and they never repaired. The carpet in our room appeared to have blood on it. the window was steamy and dirty; We left the room one morning at 10:00am and came back at 11:30pm and our room had not been cleaned, although we left the please clean the room sign on the door. The swimming pool was filthy, unfit for swimming.

I like that it was right by the I-85.

Check-in time was at 3pm and the room was not ready so I left and came back close to 5pm and the room was still not ready. I had to ask for another room.

Poor maintenance, dirty, nobody seemed to care. Told 4 different desk clerks about an electrical hazard in our room. It was never addressed. We canceled our last night and moved to a different hotel.

Desk clerk started to give wrong room - Queen Double instead of King. Room smelled of animal, rug/carpet was filthy. Access keys did not work properly on outside entrance door - had to swipe 4 or 5 times for it to unlock. Dress appearance of desk attendants was not professional - T-shirt and shorts - both faded and/or torn. Breakfast area was NOT clean, coffee was cold and generally unattractive.

The staff on duty the night we checked in was very friendly.

The hotel had no information about the local area- no maps, no literature, nothing. The first room we were given was not finished yet, despite the fact that it was reported as being 'cleaned'. The bathroom in our second room was bad. We had some small ants on the floor, the shower was a mess, the shower rod was handing by two screws, the walls near the ceiling were falling apart. The breakfast not good, though it was free. There were waffles, a few of those two-bite small bagels, some unripened oranges and cereal.

When I checked into this hotel the lady at the front desk told me that there was no "smoking" rooms. I told them that was fine we only have one person on our trip that will be smoking and he doesnt smoke often. They kept accusing us of smoking in the hotel room and wanting to charge the credit card. I was at the hotel the whole time and not one person was smoking and they said the past 2 days someone had been smoking which was not true.

Price was great.breakfast was decent.

Location made me uneasy. Furniture at front door was old and battered.door handle was broken.stains on floor in room.
