Location Furniture broken, poorly repaired walls, party friendly, extremely noisy, ceiling shakes,squeaks and floor joists creek and groan. I expected a leg to come through the ceiling at any time. Requests at the front desk in the evenings fell on deaf ears with no response. Cleaning of the room was good when cleaned but leaving of amenities ie coffee etc was inconsistent and no extras were kept in the office, The laundry facility was great but no coin exchange provided and no responsibility for eaten coins assumed by management. We were not informed that the pool and spa would not be open in advance of our trip and although we paid for that there was no adjustment in the charges. Twice they got our reservations messed up while we were staying there but we're not complaining. Would I stay there again? Not unless they fixed all the above! Would I stay there tomorrow? No!

Stinky stale rooms, horrible service, room for 4 2 towels, had to beg for 2 more towels! Lots of kids handing out in parking lot. Need security roaming the parking lot. It was listed that the hotel was renovated, it wasn't! It was old and grungy. The pictures were misleading.

There were crumbs on the table, bed and kitchen area. Sticky drink rings on the nightstand and smeared food on kitchen counter. Floors had not been vacuumed. I told them and they did not seem to give a sh!#

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The coffee was great. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and everything worked. We would choose them again.

They had last minute rooms. The floors above the room make alot of noise, I told the desk clerk during check out which seemed to be the manager however she kept saying that it was because the hotel was old, that is not my problem. Their rates should go down a bit in order to compensate for the minor issues.

We needed an overnight place to stay between San Diego and Lake Mead. We arrived late and left early. It barely fit the bill. It did not seem clean or well maintained. The sink was broken and waste water dripped onto the floor underneath it. The beds were hard and the linens gray. The air conditioner was very noisy at night, but it was too hot to do without it.

Ruhige Lage. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für eine Nacht durchaus ok. Sehr hellhörig - es ist vorteilhaft im Obergeschoss zu wohnen. In der unteren Etags bekommt man jeden Schritt des Obermieters mit. Klimaanlage laut.

Location The carpet was dirty. It was supposw to be a non-smoking room and you could see burn marks on the bathtub where someone placed the cigarette. The ceiling was nasty as well and it looked liked there were camera's in the ceiling. Most hotels give you 2 towels per guest,they give one and it is too thin and too small. No hairdryer,The T.V. was old and did not work well. If they want to charge what nicer hotels charge they need to update! The Front desk person was not personable at all. Just a bad experience.
