I went to a crab fest at national harbor and it was just minutes away so I didn't have to do much traveling
Restaurant right across the street
Lingering people outside, felt unsafe.
No locks on bathroom doors
Convenience to shopping and major highways.
Night traffic and loud talking and yelling until 3 or 4 in the morning. Think it was by prostitutes and their customers mainly. Room could have been cleaner. More attention to tub and toilet. Small part covered of floor by beds covered with carpet. Carpet was filthy. Also despite having WI-FI, the connection didn't really work well.
Nice clean and quiet
Location and comfort
Cleanliness and Helpful Staff.
I was with in 5 minutes of where I needed to be with very easy access. Plenty of different types of restaurants in the area.
WiFi was always poor in signal strength leaving it hard to access the internent which forced me to use more of my data plan.
The hotel is close to an outlet, laundry mat, and grocery stores. Its a bus line right outside the hotel. The front desk staff was very nice & answered any questions i had. They made me feel welcomed thats one of the reasons i extended my stay there.
I had to stop and ask one of the cleaning crew to ask for a valcum. My room didnt get clean since i been there. I took out my owb trash & cleaned my own room for the first 2 days after work. Then i just stop them and asked them can they come in and valcum & wipe down some.
Easy access to D.C. by Metro and nearby restaurants.
The walkways were dirty and there was unsightly trash in the periphery of the property.
It was dirty. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The room smelled moldy. The bed sheets and pillowcases. were stained and dirty. It was obvious the sheets had not been changed.
Good location with shopping lots and good court just across the road.
There is a bus stop very close to hotel. It was very easy to go to National Harbor area. Room was also very comfortable.
I don't think location is very safe. Two different taxi drivers told me that I should be very careful at nights in this district.
WIFi was not working on the first and third days. No refrigerator power inlet plug near the mirror/sink was not working no pen, no table
Nice surroundings, stores and places to eat very close to the hotel, big free parking lot, wifi was good, a lot of smoking areas, bus very close to the hotel. A good option.
Sheets had stains
The only staff that we were pleased with was a housekeeper named Phyllis, the young lady at the front and the owner. They were there for our last day.
We spent a total of four days and we will never come back. The door to our room states stuck and we informed the manager the first day. It was not fixed until our last night there. They had to replace the whole thing. The staff was very sarcastic. They acted like they were doing us a favor by giving the for. They will never get another dollar from us. The gentleman that checked us in was busy watching a movie and have is the wrong room then got an attitude and told me I sound have said something before he gave us the room. Truly disappointed
The room cleanliness and the arrangements.
Duty Very slowly wi-fi - no internet Very cold - not worked hot air at condition.
not too clean, they say they remodeled but it still looks same
Close to attractions
the room was clean, a nice size, TV was great, wifi was great, I wasn't expecting much because it was a red roof, but it was GREAT!
we checked in after hours and it was confusing figuring out where to go because you have to use an "after hours window" that isn't labeled well, also the hotel is hard to find
