Beds were comfortable; front desk responded quickly to requests (hairdryer brought up within minutes when requested, more towels); wifi worked well
Walls were dirty; no hairdryer in room; no plug for tub; outlets hanging out of the walls; only two towels This hotel needs some T.L.C.
They gave us an upgrade. The room was clean but it had a juazzi and it had not been cleaned and did not even work. The staff should have told us the juazzi did not work.
Cleanliness was the worst, cigarette butt and ashes along with trash were in drawers. Human hair hanging from bedside lamps. Shower curtain rod was about to fall off wall and handle to tub was broken off. There is not enough room on this page to continue..............
Bugs and unclean
My wife and I walked in reception and within two minutes knew we could not stay there. It is as simple as my title states the place is disgusting.
Everything was just unprofessional. I expected better quality of comfort. It smelled like drugs there. Just horrible.. I wish I could get a refund
The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient for going back and forth from post and shopping. Also, the price was very affordable.
The staff seemed to be confused and late with cleaning rooms when it was time to check-in. The hotel had an overall lack of cleanliness. My non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. Overall, I got what I paid for. For $50 a night, I think that is to be expected.
The staff was very friendly and went out the way to make you comfortable.
Very spacious room, above average size. Pull out couch. Bed in a sort of alcove, shielded from lights. Good sleep. great mattress. Great location. Plenty of restaurants very close by.Clean bathroom. If you're on a tight budget, and just need a good nite's sleep, you can't beat it for the price. Special commendation to Joya check in clerk, went the extra mile with a smile.
Older hotel. Could be easily improved with small things like touching up paint in bathroom. Missing towels, missing iron. Provided when we called for them, but gave the impression of tightwad management saving money by rotating the iron and skimping on staff: 8:30 in am, garbage can in front of hotel overflowing. Would stay again only if we couldn't afford to stay elsewhere.
it was a very unclean place.
Near the highway, alot of places to eat, gas near by...location, location, location...
We were using handicap plates. Sometimes there was no parking...Only place to park....Two nights we can back for the night and somelse(non-handicap) was in that spot.
the location was great. the staff was friendly. the rooms were clean. felt safe.
Room wasn't ready (clean) when we got there at 3:00 p.m. took forever to check in. asked to be upgraded to two queen beds and that's how they left my reservation open and created a new one. the pool was cloudy.
I was satisfied with everything. ... The staff was excellent.
Walked down the hallway other guess we're smoking and it was not cigarettes, one of the 2 rooms had a wet smell like mold, other guess knocked on the door & called the phone repeatedly until unplugged.Next morning our parents realized they were stuck inside room door would not open for about an hour. So no I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
i did not like anything this trip
the last time we stayed we had to beg for towels this time we were put in a handycao room amd we are not handycapped
The staff was pretty friendly.
Rooms were not up to par. The comforter on the bed was dirty. It should have been thrown away not washed and reused. The remote to the tv did not work even after staff replaced the batteries. The elevator looked like it needed to be wiped down and mopped. The stairways needed to be swept too. I have stayed here before but never had this bad of an experience with the cleanliness. More than likely not to return here again.
I liked the fact that my room was at the end of the hall near the exit door. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly but not very helpful when I had an issue with the Jacuzzi not working.
I paid for a Jacuzzi Suite, but the Jacuzzi wasn't working. When I turned the jets on it was extremely loud like an airplane. I couldn't use it being that I had people in rooms near my room. I reported it to the front desk. I wasn't offered another room. She said she would send maintenance down to check it out. I reported it around 9:00am maintenance didn't show up until around 2:00pm he told me he'd be right back after checking it. He never returned, front desk called me to inform me the motor was gone in the Jacuzzi. They gave me a discount on (1) night when I stayed (2) nights. The discount was only $6.00 I deserved a discount on Both nights. If anything I felt at-least one night should have been FREE. I was looking forward to relaxing in the Jacuzzi. I will never be visiting this Hotel again. I asked to speak to management. I was told the manager wouldn't be back until this following Monday. I will be contacting her on Monday. This is un-heard of. I value my Money and want what I paid for. Waiting to see what the manager have to say about my discount.
Came to get away an relax to see the fireworks an things in town. Had never been in this area an loved the peacefulness
The bed was sort of hard for me
Booked room for the jacuzzi. Arrived and recieved a room with a broken jacuzzi. Had to stay or would had gotten a cancellation fee... Would never recommend. The room was filthy.!
The sink in the bath room
We had to beg for towels and was rags we could not get any the first night and we asked several times
The hotel has a really good location.
The hotel does not have HBO.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They took good care of us.
The mattress was saggy and lacked support. The breakfast bar was out of syrup for five days.
There was a jacuzzi tub in our room that did not work.
I like the comfort of the bed and the breakfast that was set up. The pool was clean and the children enjoyed it.
The floor was not vacuum at all. Behind the television had trash and behind the nightstand. As you walk in the room the floor was stained and had pieces of trash. Hotel can use a few updates.
Bathroom nasty and broken headboard and nightstand. Microwave takes 5 mins on high to warm food.
