    Near the highway, alot of places to eat, gas near by...location, location, location...

    We were using handicap plates. Sometimes there was no parking...Only place to park....Two nights we can back for the night and somelse(non-handicap) was in that spot.

    the location was great. the staff was friendly. the rooms were clean. felt safe.

    Room wasn't ready (clean) when we got there at 3:00 p.m. took forever to check in. asked to be upgraded to two queen beds and that's how they left my reservation open and created a new one. the pool was cloudy.

    Walked down the hallway other guess we're smoking and it was not cigarettes, one of the 2 rooms had a wet smell like mold, other guess knocked on the door & called the phone repeatedly until unplugged.Next morning our parents realized they were stuck inside room door would not open for about an hour. So no I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    the last time we stayed we had to beg for towels this time we were put in a handycao room amd we are not handycapped

    The staff was pretty friendly.

    Rooms were not up to par. The comforter on the bed was dirty. It should have been thrown away not washed and reused. The remote to the tv did not work even after staff replaced the batteries. The elevator looked like it needed to be wiped down and mopped. The stairways needed to be swept too. I have stayed here before but never had this bad of an experience with the cleanliness. More than likely not to return here again.

    I liked the fact that my room was at the end of the hall near the exit door. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly but not very helpful when I had an issue with the Jacuzzi not working.

    I paid for a Jacuzzi Suite, but the Jacuzzi wasn't working. When I turned the jets on it was extremely loud like an airplane. I couldn't use it being that I had people in rooms near my room. I reported it to the front desk. I wasn't offered another room. She said she would send maintenance down to check it out. I reported it around 9:00am maintenance didn't show up until around 2:00pm he told me he'd be right back after checking it. He never returned, front desk called me to inform me the motor was gone in the Jacuzzi. They gave me a discount on (1) night when I stayed (2) nights. The discount was only $6.00 I deserved a discount on Both nights. If anything I felt at-least one night should have been FREE. I was looking forward to relaxing in the Jacuzzi. I will never be visiting this Hotel again. I asked to speak to management. I was told the manager wouldn't be back until this following Monday. I will be contacting her on Monday. This is un-heard of. I value my Money and want what I paid for. Waiting to see what the manager have to say about my discount.

    Nothing really

    Booked room for the jacuzzi. Arrived and recieved a room with a broken jacuzzi. Had to stay or would had gotten a cancellation fee... Would never recommend. The room was filthy.!

    The hotel has a really good location.

    The hotel does not have HBO.

    The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They took good care of us.

    The mattress was saggy and lacked support. The breakfast bar was out of syrup for five days.

    I like the comfort of the bed and the breakfast that was set up. The pool was clean and the children enjoyed it.

    The floor was not vacuum at all. Behind the television had trash and behind the nightstand. As you walk in the room the floor was stained and had pieces of trash. Hotel can use a few updates.

    The breakfast is great.

    The room had maintenance issues. They had no towels in room on arrival and sometimes run out some days. The room keys sometimes work. You have free WI-FI when it works. The printer in lobby has no ink to print. The cleanliness of the room overall needs improvement because in the bathroom the fan cover had so much dust the it is caked on, no one has cleaned it in months.

    The girl at the front desk was very friendly and tried very hard to make things right. She also upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge.

    My reservation had been printed but not put into the computer even though I had booked 3 days prior. The first room I was given had not been cleaned yet, at 5:20 pm. I was then moved to a new room, a suite, which was missing pillow cases, had dead bugs in the corner where they had not been vacuumed, missing batteries in the smoke detector, and coffee left in the pot from the previous guest. Again the girl down stairs tried to make things right. The next day the manager was arguing with guests on multiple occasions who were also having issues with their stay. One even called the sheriff's office to come out and deal with the manager. I would not recommend this hotel!!

    maid service was terrible.No pillow cases on pillows when we arrived,we were there for two nights and the bathroom floor was never swept before or during our stay,tub wasn't cleaned and not enough towels or floor mat after next day cleaning

    Overall we had a nice stay. The pillows are horrible and the toilet was hard to flush.

    I'm pretty sure that when we were out to dinner someone had been in our room because the tv was on when we returned. Family that checked in after us said that they were given keys to a room and when they walked in people were already in the room. Pretty sure thats what happened with mine. Need to keep better track of the rooms, this is a problem.

    The front desk clerks..

    My room wasn't ready, at my arrival, and they didn't have another room.... So I had to wait over an hour for a room, then I got charged for 3 nights, but I only stayed 1, this has still not been fixed. I would not stay there again.

    My room was not clean upon arrival at 930 pm. When booking the room I put an estimated arrival between 7-8. Was offered another room 10+miles up the road. I did not want to drive anymore after driving 9+ hours there. Was offered another room with a king size and sofa bed which was not the best in comfort.

    I loved that I was able to bring my 85 lb dog with me for no additional cost. The staff was pretty friendly. It was very inexpensive which was nice but at this establishment you truly get what you pay for.

    The room and bathroom was pretty gross to the point that neither my friend nor myself took our shoes off at any point unless it was to get in bed or get in the shower and even then we wore flip flops in the shower. There is not always a manager at the site nor are they on call when they're not and while we were there the people staying in the room across from us got locked out of their room and the staff was unable to make new keys because their computers were down and the manager (who is the only person who has a master key) wasn't there and the staff had no way of getting in contact with them to get the key so those guests were locked out of their room for several hours until the computer system was back up in running.
