the room was clean. there was easy access to parking and it was near the downtown section of Moab. Room had a musty smell, the facility seemed rather old so it could be just the age of the room. we turned on the air conditioner and the room aired out just fine.

The location to the city was good. The room was very clean. Very good amenities included with the room. Parking was very limited for long vehicles. The room was very small, especially for the cost. The advertisement made it sound as if it were a new hotel, It is only remodeled.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. Close to everything. Private and quiet during the week. Jacuzzi should be open earlier in the day. In room coffe wasn't very good - a darker roast would be better.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. A few downsides but they far out weigh the positives. A little outdated the t.v. is older and some channels came in blurry and the heater is fairly loud.
