Easy to walk to the center of town and lots of restaurants. Free bike wash.
Rooms are very small and noisy - cleaning staff started working early in the morning and woke us on some days. No breakfast.
Staff wash very nice. Somewhat close to downtown. Good value for the price
Beds were very small. Room was very small. Bath room lighting was very bad. Could not see in the showers very good
Was warmly received by the hotel attendant. Price was very good, and the facility looked like it had been updated. Really small room but had everything we needed.
It was over priced for the tiny room and small, uncomfortable bed.
Great location and price
The room was really clean! A great place to stay in Moab.
The walls are a little thin, but everyone was pretty quiet so it wasn't too big of a deal.
Great value, everything you need, we've already told several people about it!
Walls a little thin, you could hear your neighbor moving around
Comfortable, affordable, quiet
No breakfast option
Rooms were not insulated very well. Could here other people as they were walking and talking down the hall.
This is a great stop for those of you preparing for backcountry adventures. Nice little kitchen, basic room, and a great price.
A not so great stop if you plan on hanging around the room. Our room was small, and with the table/chairs it felt cramped. The chairs were not very comfy for hanging out.
Newly renovated block of rooms was nice. The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise.
Comforter was dusty and caused some sneezing.
We stayed there two night. It was clean and nicely equipped in an authentic way of the old West. It has a hot tub.
beds were uncomfortable and parking was not easy, since there were many people spending the night.
Location and staff were very helpful, rooms comfy and rate was within my budget.
Hot tub was under repair.
Clean, comfortable and very good for traveling with dog.
The Red Stone is located conveniently to services travelers need, and for many, that would be plenty. The proximity to Arches and Canyonlands NPs and other tour destinations is a real plus. Having a refrige also allowed us to keep water and perishables cold.
The Red Stone is an older facility, and as such, had some issues. Parking was tight, the rooms I saw were smaller than at other lodgings I had on our trip, there was poor lighting throughout the room (especially the shower), and there was a noise issue (due to downtown location).
I was happy to get a room in a very good location for a reasonable price. The lady at the front desk was very helpful (both days), and did not give us a hard time for checking out late without notice. Cleaning lady was friendly too!
The smell in the whole facility, I can't describe it, but it was not pleasant. The bathroom and kitchen could probably need some updates. That's probably also a reason why it did not seem very clean.
small room but fine for 1 person and but having the frig and sink a bonus while traveling alone with a cooler. Area was quiet at night, even though right on main road. Ask for back/end room.
not enough parking spaces for the rooms they rent! Desk person had the "oh well, what can I do" kind of comment about it. Someone gets left out on the street.
It smelled old!
Loved the kitchenette set-up. Dishes, dishwashing soap, towels and plenty of room on shelves and in the fridge. Small freezer able to freeze our water bottles overnight for the hike of the next day. Arches extremely close, and Canyonlands ( both Island in the Sky and Needles) and Capital Reef within easy driving range. Laundry a huge plus for us.
Rooms were on the small side, but posed no problems for us, as we were gone all day anyway. Enough room for clothes and suitcases to be out of the way.
WI-FI was slow Facility was old Room was very small
Bed nice. Nice bathroom and little kitchen. Maid did a great job. Quiet during night.
A little more room would have been great, but we got good value for what we paid.
Great place to stay in Moab to visit national parks Stayed for two nights it is clean and comfortable near restaurants and main street in Moab Good value for the money
Rooms a little small but fine for a short stay
The "cabin" atmosphere made it fun. It was homey, super clean, had a tiny kitchenette and everything we needed.
My husband is a tall guy. We need a King, but only Queens are available.
Clean rooms ..nice staff
Could of done to of had a bath
How rustic and clean well located
I forgot a robe and it was not found
