As a fire fighter the smoke alarm was sitting on the shelf and no privacy peep hole in door. Alot of used furniture in hall way.

It was a nice place. Small but comfortable. Well, there were remodeling so the aesthetics weren't all they could be. And the still use a lock and key, and the door has to be manually locked not used to that with hotels these days. I left my door unlocked unwittingly. Parking a bit limiting.

Me and my husband stayed here for 4 nights. I have to say when we arrived and saw a half of the hotel still being refurbished we were abit worried what is going to be like, but through the whole stay we didn't hear anything from the building site, so we weren't bothered about that at the end. Our room was very clean and had everything u needed, a fridge, a microwave, the bathroom was brand new. The staff was extremelly helpful. The hotel itself is about 15 min drive to the beach, which we though was quite good. There are a couple of shops arround. All in all we had a really good experience and would go back there any time again.

The hotel can easily be reached from the Airport and e.g. from San Diego. The district is very quiet. There are many restaurants,, Bank of the West, car repair workshops and CVS Pharmacy nearby. The hotel stuff is very kind and helpful. They are ready to solve any of your problem.

Very friendly staff, can always help you in different situation. Clean room and chip price. Location not perfect but it's pleasant area. And for LA it's not a problem, cause you can rent a chip car for city trip. Breakfast, wi-fi and parking are free! Summary it's a greate place for LA trip

It's a budget friendly hotel, it's not that bad if you're just passing through and the hotel staff are very nice. They were renovating so it was a little confusing to see TV's on the parking lot... also, there was noise in the mornings.

It was quiet and close to anything I wanted or needed. The continental breakfast surpassed my expectations and gave me a great start on my working day.A.C. And all creature comforts worked perfectly. They spent money on the bathrooms and it showed "great water pressure".House keeping was great ,it was nice to come to the room at the end of a very hard work day. This hotel is located by quiet neighbor hoods I did not hear any type of siren or gun fire and I stayed four nights.I Liked the hotel enough to that I booked a room for the next week.I Am a general contractor and would recommend any one working from out of town to stay this establishment. Jack Oliver When I found this place I was Told there would be a microwave oven in all rooms....there wasnt one.

Nice restrooms. I am utterly appalled that this facility even takes reservations. It is on par with your stereotypical hourly-rate, scary, no-tell motels. I understand it is undergoing renovations, however they should not be open for business. Short list: trash and construction debris all over the property; extensive graffiti in the parking lot; threadbare and dusty carpets; old, crooked, broken window blinds; faded, cigarette burned comforters; old fashioned lock-and-key doors; stale cigarette smoke smell. I was in town for a training and checked in during the lunch hour. I kept the room because I didn’t have alternative lodging. I returned in the evening, searched frantically for another room online. I then checked out requesting a refund which was refused because I was told the room was unavailable for others to check in. I believe there was one other guest in the entire facility; I assure you there was no demand for this place. There are cleaner and safer looking crap motels in the area. This is the first and last time I will use Booking.com.

Owners and personal are really helpful people. Although the hotel is under refurbishing and some areas looks like under construction the rooms are clean and ready to enjoy. The area is not good to me because I don't have a car to go to the beach but it takes around 10 minutes if you have one, so I would recommend it if you have one. Distance to the beach.

It's currently under construction. The apperance wasn't all that great, but the room was very clean and they offered fruit, coffee, muffins, OJ for breakfast. I think considering the price and having contential breakfast it was a great place to stay and easy commute to the Home Depot Center less than 10 minutes. We stayed July 12-15, 2012. If you don't mind the construction that going on in the parking lot and the inside of the building it was ok. It's no Marriot or Hilton. It works since most of my time was spent outside the room.

The staff was so friendly and provided fresh brewed coffee day and night. Our room was one of the refurbished and was very clean. The bathroom was beautiful beyond any other place we've stayed at, even the places that were more than twice the rate we were charged at the Redondo Beach Inn. The location was great, and if you get a room on the second floor, you can catch a great breeze through an open window and not have to rely solely on the a/C. Our room had a minifridge in it, and there is a microwave oven in the lobby for the tenants use. They currently are in the process of making over all the units, so there is a lot of noise during the daytime hours.

Although the hotel was in a maintanence, we had been received with hospitality, the room was clean, there was a parking inside, the internet was fine and the breakfast was simple, but very good. There was mini refrigerator in the room. They did what was promised. It is not even a complain, but the room didn't had a microwave. The microwave was in the lobby.
