AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK AT ALL! AND THE TELEVISION DIDNT GET ANY CHANNELS.

The Staff -- Sandy was exceptional! She made my stay very enjoyable and went out of her way to help me in an unfamiliar city. I really appreciated staying at a place with such good customer care!

Nothing really!

The place was cheap but still not worth the money. If I knew were I was I think i'd have moved hotel but once you have booked in you don't get your money back. The place was disgusting really, the bed cover I put on the floor because god knows when it was last cleaned and what was on it, yuck! There were cigarette burns everywhere; I asked for a none smoking room and I couldnt open the window to let in some fresh air; the first room I was given had lots of stuff in it including a bicycle! I could go on but I would avoid this place like the plague!

Food or body matter on bed spread,on bathroom door, in corner by bathroom door, lights that did not work,carpet in real bad shape, no ice machine, no use of pool,sink stopper inopertable,burn holes in bedding, was no smoking room but could not tell by the damages done,

rooms smell, not clean enough bathroom was horrible alot of noise.

It was misrepresented as having a refridgerator and microwave. Also the clerk lied to me when I checked in. He told me I could check out any morning and receive a refund of unused days. I checked out early but they refused to give me a refund.

The room was a bit small for me but OK for my wife.

Location was great for what I wanted.

We were at the Regal for 4 days and 3 nights. The maid never came to my room in that time and cleaned room or brought fresh towels. I had to go to office and ask for towels every day, Room was as pretty big mess. Was advertised to have microwave and refrigerator. None. No smoking room smelled like smoke.

You need to change the freken web page because it was not what was on the web sight!! No microwave, no fridge! Had RATS!!! Filthy!!! That place sucked!!! Not lying about nothing!!! Don't even get me started about the beds and covers!!!

The heater/A/c worked

It was filthy, there was none of the equipment promised" No microwave, no fridge, no internet. The bed had an army blanket full of holes, black hair on the bed sheet, full of holes too. The floor had not been vacuumed in???? Weeks. Absolutely disgusting. A disgrace to American hospitality.

The sheets were clean and the bed comfortable.

DIRTY, garbage under the bed, floor not swept, old toothpaste in sink, dirt ring around toilet bowl, crack in the bathtub, bathroom door badly repaired, outlet removed from wall requiring an extension cord to be used to have a light by the bed, telephone cord had to be held to stay in phone while making a call.

It was not as described it was filthy never stay there again

Cleanliness, Freeway Noise, Smell, Beds, Bathroom, maintenance of room (Bathroom ceiling, AC unit broken etc.)

The manager was rude and unprofessionalm the room was dirty, it smelled had mold in the bathroom I asked for a no smoking room the one I had had burns in the carpet and on the blanket was told that if I left because nI didn't like the room I would have to pay anyway.

Rooms were nasty, none of the vending machines worked, no ice. Online mentioned microwave and refrigerator in room...didn't have. The whole experience of staying there was awful!!

Spray of water in sink. Toilet ran all night.

Low price. Easy access to business and freeway.

Room not clean. Debris in bathtub. Paint peeling from walls in one or two spots. Smelled of smoke even though nonsmoking. Some lights did not work, including those over the bed.

沒有洗澡毛巾,僅有的幾條白色小毛巾看起來髒髒的,沒有咖啡壺,離高速公路太近晚上吵死了,浴室太小,沒有垃圾筒, 是我這次旅行最糟的旅館,決不再去.

.Bugs in sink .holes in wall floor still had potato chips and crackers crumbs on the floors from prior tenants stains on all floors phone's backplate was missing sheets on one bed appeared not to have been changed howling elevator mssing backplate on elevator and terribly dirty floor and wall panels no mini refrigerator as promised loud tenants

Terrible bed Most rooms unavailable at 4 P.m in afternoon Tired to charge me double the price. Pool unavailable and micro wave and refrigerator.

Staff was friendly

Room was dirty. Chair was used as a table between the beds. Couldn't wait to check out of this hotel.
