Regal Palms Resort & Spa is located near Walt Disney World, Regal Palms Resort and Spa is off of Highway 27 on Sand Mine Road behind the Berry Town Center (Publix Shopping Plaza), 2 miles south of the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 192. Situated adjacent to Highlands Reserve Golf Club and minutes from area golf courses.

Pets are only permitted in Private Pool Homes as they are not permitted in Town Homes. There is a pet charge of USD 200 upon check-in that is used to pay for professional carpet cleaning and sanitising of the home, which is required by law. In addition, USD 300 will be authorised on the credit card which was provided upon arrival in the event that the pet(s) may damage the home, or any of its contents.

The hotel respectfully requests that guests present the same credit card that was provided during the booking for the deposit payment. A pre-authorization hold is required if a debit card is used upon check-in for security purposes. The credit card pre-authorisation charges are as follows: 1-7 nights USD 100; 8 or more nights USD 200. The hold is automatically released 14 days after arrival.

Minimum age requirement to stay at this hotel is 21 years of age. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
