Rooms are clean, quiet, well-furnished and maintained. Owners are friendly!

Glad you have a waffle maker, but a toaster costs less and might be a good addition too. The breakfast is a bit poor.

Security latch on door was missing. We were short on towels but they provided the needed extra.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It is the perfect place for an overnight.

I liked the "extras" provided (small refrig and microwave) in the room however I do not like the one cup coffee pot. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast area way way to small. Rather disappointed on what was available to eat. Packaged pastries one waffle machine and offered two kinds of cereal. Not bad for the money ,I guess.

The location was convenient for where we were trying to go. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water was hot.

The juice dispenser needed refilling. There was barely enough waffle batter to make two full waffles. Internet was a little slow.

We were in Fayetteville for the Prairie Grove reenactment and the motel was very close to the battlefield park. We will stay there again next time.

Close to interstate even tho constant noise from the interstate.

When I first arrived had to ring the bell a couple of times to get someone to check me in around 3:30 pm. Hot water was not very hot, had to call to find out how the shower works since no information and not set up like most standard showers. I would rather have had a iron in the room then a microwave. Went to check out a little after 6:30 am and had to ring the bell to wake up someone. So of course coffee was not available nor the free breakfast. When I did check out I asked for a copy of my bill to turn in and was told "you get on line". What???? So I had to wait till I return home to get a copy of my bill?? This should be a choice for your guest. Very disappointed. Spent 10.00 more the next night down the road and well worth the extra 10.00

I wanted to stay someplace that I could walk right out my door to my car and not have to move my luggage for miles. The room was small but very clean. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the tv was good, and we had wifi. The owner went around to the rooms after cleaning was done and inspected them. We actually talked to him and he cared about what we thought. The price was right.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom well-appointed.

The breakfast, as such, was minimal, but good Belgian waffles.

The beds were too high for short people and the pillows were very hard.The height of the bed should be a liability for the chain. Also the breakfast was only Little Debbie and no fruit or juice.

Nothing booked it online had to argue with the owner for 30 min that I paid for the room online he was trying to get me to pay again even after giving him conf.# Beds were horrible room was unclean . I wouldnt stay there again if they paid me 60 dollars a night.

The reviews were spot on with this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff was efficient. I slept so well each night of our stay that we never made it to the continental breakfast! Ha!
