    Easy access to Freeway....

    Not much TV controll very limited. Upstairs wall between room too hollow foot step too loud!

    * 15 minutes walking distance to BART statiton which is besides a mall * 3 minutes walking distance to cablecart station * Recently refurbished (decent bed and spacious room) * CONCLUSION 5/10 It is not a bad option, I think they could a best effor to improve many things. Aplce just to spend the night * 8 minutes to the airport by taxi - $15

    * Breakfast (just SIX PLACES inside de breakfast room and 4 outside) for a 32 ROOMS hotel!! * Poor breakfast menu (just cereal, toasts, waffles, cooked eggs, bad orange juice, just one type of fruit per day) * Just a bad market store near and a gas station shop. * Besides main avenue - quitte noisy * Airplanes noise sometimes (duringthe the nights too)

    Bed is nice and comfortable

    Shower not working, i called the front table they say they need to go inside the room but theres still sleeping. Maintenance said every room is different. Very poor and the security and place of the room are very poor. Anyone can go in the vicinity of the inn

    Rooms seem to be clean and recently been refreshed. Felt nice and comfy. It's definitely worth it's money

    Proximity to Car Rental center and the Airport.

    There is no Shuttle service to the Airport.

    I spent eight nights at the Regency Inn San Bruno while waiting to get into my newly rented apt. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent; 5 mins to the airport, a few blocks from the San Bruno Bart station, a large shopping center, and easy access to the 101. My trips into SF only took 15-20 mins. The room was immaculate. It had a micowave, frig, large flat screen TV, free WiFi and continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

    The only issue I had was regarding my cat. Booking.com stated there was no additional charge for pets. On my reservation I dtated that I had a cat with me (kept in an enclosed catitat). When I arrived I was told there was a 15.00 per night charge for my cat. I agreed and signed for the additional charge. On my last evening there, I arrived to find myself locked out of my room. I went to the office, and was told that at check-in they had made an error and only charged me the cat fee for one night. They attmpted to charge my cc the additional fee it wouldnt go through so they disabled my key card. When they ran the charge in my presence there was no problem. They could see that all of my things were still in the room, so I thought being locked out was a bit much. They said they tried to phone me, bit I saw no reference to that on my phone. Otherwise, i had a very nice stay.

    Close to SFO, easily accessible.

    Paper-thin walls, you can hear practically everything from planes, passing cars to other guests entering the premises, watching TV, using the toilet... etc. Never again.

    We had stayed here before, and really loved this place. It had been about a year and a half since we stayed last time and there have been improvements. Things were a bit more tidy and polished this time. New bedding and decor, a new waffle maker in the breakfast room, and as always, excellent customer service. I was expecting a fridge and microwave in our room, and to my surprise there wasnt. I went to the office to make sure there wasnt an error, and there wasnt. The 1st floor rooms are not equipped with those amenities, and I was unaware due to previously always staying on the second floor (all those rooms do have a fridge & microwave). The booking site initially led me to believe that those amenities were standard, but when I went back and actually read my reservation, it did state what I had missed. The next morning I received a call from the office stating they would be bringing a fridge and micro to our room. Thank goodness! We stayed 4 days, and unfortunately, it was not leisure time. Maybe next time...

    The bathroom wasnt cleaned well, but it wasnt totally dirty either. There were little specks of sticky little dots that I cleaned up on the floor as well as the base around the porcelain.

    Very handy to airport and with good access to both on and off-ramps to freeways. Staff were pleasant and helpful; room was clean and tidy.

    Somewhat noisy, with some flights from SFO almost overhead. Breakfast was very basic self-service on disposable plates and cutlery.

    when i arrived they offered me to upgraded to deluxe room which was quite nice and i didn't miss any amenities which i would get in 4-5 star hotel room. after staying here i started wondering why should i pay more for 4-5 star hotels when all i needs is just sleep for few hours . this hotel was totally worth it . Location is also nearby SFO which costs less than 20 bucks even through CAB. also they got me cab at 4 am in morning when my booked yellow cab failed to show up

    they gave me room on 1st floor which didnt had lift to carry the luggage so i had to carry it myself.

    The hotel was clean and not too far from the SFO airport.

    Not in a nice area. We almost drove past and kept going. The hotel was better than the area it was in.

    We needed a place to crash before starting an adventure the next day. The Regency Inn was perfect for us. It was clean, fairly updated and comfortable.

    The convenience to the airport, the large bathtub and it was clean.

    We did not like the homeless men in the parking area. They soon left after a few choice words to us.

    Location

    Breakfast was too decent. Only a few tables and a few people were standing during breakfast. Very limited choices and me only have 2 slices of bread with fruit jam, not even with butter. At one point, I found that all food were snapped up without staff topping it.

    - old funrniture, out of date, - heating didnpt work properly - wasn't worth the money I paid

    The receptionist was one of the best ever. Even though there was some misunderstanding on my part she handled it very professional I don't remember her name but we checked in approximately at 4:30 on September 28. and she should be recognized for the great job she did.
