Everything else. Still waiting on a refund for the third night that I cancelled

Simple place, nice breakfast, staff made me some waffles. Uneventful and smooth check-in/out which is what I am looking for.

WiFi was slower than my already ultra slow EDGE phone. Totally unusable. Good thing I didn't really need it for anything else than check my emails. (I could check my emails with my phone...)

Parking was awful. Few spaces and very cramped.

The only thing that this Hotel has going for it,is its cheap and very close to San Francisco Airport. So close in fact that there is a constant stream of aircraft flying very low and noisily over the Hotel,that 3 times during the night set car alarms off in the car park.

At first glance the room seemed to be clean,later closer inspection revealed it wasn'T.We then found 'Dirty marks' on the bed sheets,complained and obtained replacements,which also then had 'Dirty marks' on them. The wifi connection would only work if you stood at the room open door.The television reception was poor with only 4or 5 channels available.The breakfast was limited in choice and poor in quality ,( some guests who came for breakfast after us found there was no food left,and just walked out ) there were just 6 chairs in the breakfast room and four of us had to stand up whilst eating our breakfast.There was no plug in the wash basin,and a couple of the lights didn't work in the room.All in allthis place is one to avoid if at all possible.

The basics are there. Location perfect for SFO Airport.

they don't have a hotel shuttle service. Not much around the area. travellers probably need a car.

carpet was filthy dirty, no light fixture in bathroom or fan, towel bar was broken, seriously needs upgrading. Place was awful.

The guy on reception was very friendly & helpful. This is an old motel, a bit run down but you get what you pay for & it's only a $13 taxi ride from the airport.

The carpets could do with replacing.

Very close to Union Square: ideally located to visit the city.

The windows were so dirty you could`t see through them. During the night there were construction works going on which made it impossible to sleep well. Expensive for what you get.

Close to airport

We booked a "Deluxe" room but put us in a regular Queen room. They didn't have a fridge & microwave in the room as advertised until I went back to the front desk to question it since it was a key reason why I booked here. It wasn't until the day after that they wheeled a fridge & microwave in. The carpet was extremely stained & dirty even the walls looked dingy. The wallpaper didn't even cover all of the wall in some places. Parking lot is really tight with not enough spaces for the number of rooms so we had to park on the street a few nights & it's not exactly the nicest neighborhood. They did provide cable with a good number of channels & free wifi. There is breakfast provides from 7-9am.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was much more than a continenetl breakfast.they had toast, waffles, hard boiled eggs, four cereals ,peanut butter, four kinds of coffee the upsetting part is that they have charged my credit cards twice since i left for reasons beyond my knowledge after i paid in full weeks before i even went there.

Not only is it not near anything but if you dont have transportation then your stuck to ride busses. They also have charged my credit card for over 85.00 of charfges unauthorized.

The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was lovely, with a clean, tidy bathroom. It was a good stopover before flying home.

It was a bit farther away from the bart than we thought.

It was in a convienant place to be able to get to the freeway to explore the area

The put us in one room that wasnt cleaned yet then moved us to another room before the maid finished cleaning it. The power went out at 7 am

Regency Inn was advertised as having microwaves and small fridges in the room. My room had nothing. The tv was old. The room was very disappointing.
