The sheets weren't that comfy, and the tub had some soapy stains and yuckiness that hadn't been cleaned, but it was easy to avoid and not that bad. The location is prettyyy sketchy, though (kindof to be expected since their property costs are clearly low enough to give 40$ reservations), so if you aren't up for that, go someplace else. I felt safe (definitely liked having a room on the 2nd floor as a woman traveling alone), but it's definitely not a nice area.
This was the cheapest hotel I could find, and you kinda get what you pay for (I don't mean that in a bad way). I don't mind cheap hotels, I would rather save money to do other things during my stay. The room was fine but the bathroom wasn't totally clean, nothing too gross, though. The staff was very friendly, and the wifi worked well. Also, the water pressure! It was so good! And the water was very hot. Really awesome shower experience that was definitely my favorite part about the room.
